NetherlandsWe originally booked two nights at this hotel in Sicily and enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by another four days. The rooms are clean and well-kept, the pool is great, and the bar has fair prices with friendly staff. The reception team is welcoming, helpful, and multilingual. The food is delicious, especially if you enjoy Italian cuisine, and the beach is nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

IcelandLocation. On the one hand it is secluded for quiet stays, but on the other that means isolated for some. There are no facilities (shops, restaurants) nearby so we spent considerably on taxi services to get in and out of Cefalù. The beach is a 10 minute walk.
Nice and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Very nice restaurant on the top floor for unforgettable views and food :-)

LithuaniaLack of cleanse, there were spiders web in the room. Also, when entering the hotel, near reception there is a strong smell of cigarettes, someone is smoking in directory room, I guess, as it was there all the time, a pitty that 4* hotel has such attitude. Also, they are trying to cover the smell with deodorant (??), so the smell is like in the public toilet, just mixed with cigarettes smell. The smell in the room was unpleasant as well, we thought maybe because it is very wet - if you are not in the room, it is not ventilated. If you would ask honest opinion - the hotel is overpriced. They are even not suggesting water as compliment when you arrive. We also got to know that hotel has terrace on the rooftop on the day of check out :D
Hotel is based in quiet location, thus it’s nice if you want to avoid mass of people. Private beach, they may bring you there by tuk tuk car.

The room was big and generous and the mattress very comfortable. There was a huge breakfast buffet catering for all needs. We loved the private beach within walking distance/shuttle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere while at the same time keeping a high standard. The hotel is situated right by the sea about 15 min drive from Cefalu which made it very convenient and relaxing and away from the crowds. We would definitely stay again.

EstoniaBreakfast was unimpressive, no variety, just eggs&bacon and sweets. During our 3 night stay, we didn’t get new toiletries even though we ran out of shower gel.
Pool was amazing and not crowded at all. Surroundings and the property was beautiful. Room was also very nice. Free tuktuk service to beach was provided, which was very fun. Beach was included, so we got free chairs.

United KingdomThe only things I would say were that the hotel needs a car to get to Cefalu. Not a bad thing but just something to bear in mind as easier than getting taxis. We drove no issues and hired from europcar who were also great. In addition the mattresses on the beds were quite hard but the rooms were spotlessly clean.
We loved this hotel. It was in a lovely peaceful location and the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. There is a small outside bar which is open all day and evening and there is a restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. The food was lovely. The menu wasnt long but we tried most of the food and all was good quality. They even went so far as preparing special food for my daughter off menu which was a lovely touch. What I loved most about the hotel was the staff. Every single staff member was friendly and went out of their way to help you. They accommodated all our needs. We particularly felt the waiters in the main restaurant were lovely and the bar staff were so smiley and friendly. My 7 year old daughter also really enjoyed her time as the staff all made conversation and even gave her a big hug. She loved the positive attention.

United KingdomThe taxi’s into the resort do make it quite costly. It would be perfect if the hotel provided a low cost transfer option day and night.
We loved our time at this hotel, and there were so many reasons why. Let’s start with the essentials: the rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool was lovely, and beach access was easy. Housekeeping was impeccable—our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels always provided. Breakfast was fab. A generous buffet included cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, fruit, yoghurts, and an array of breads and pastries. There was also a warm selection featuring scrambled eggs, local hams, and sausages—plus excellent coffee and fresh juices to start the day right. We dined at the hotel restaurant on our first night and were impressed by the beautiful setting and great food. While the hotel is a bit removed from the centre of Cefalù (evening taxis cost around €20 to town and €25 to return, which can make it quite costly), we found the peaceful location to be a welcome retreat from the bustle. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. When we initially booked (under a non-refundable option) we accidentally selected the wrong property. Although we couldn’t cancel, the team was incredibly understanding. I mentioned our concern about the kids’ room lacking a balcony, and they generously upgraded us at no extra cost. Their kindness was deeply appreciated. During our stay, my husband had an unfortunate accident with a sunbed and broke his fingers. It was a painful and distressing moment, but the staff responded with compassion and urgency. They rallied around to assist, even arranging and covering the cost of a taxi to the hospital. Their care and professionalism during a crisis spoke volumes. It’s easy to praise a hotel when everything goes smoothly, but true excellence is revealed in moments of challenge. United KingdomFirstly the reception staff weren’t the most friendliest. We had a young baby and they just gave me the room key and told me where the lift was. They also gave us a room that required us to use steps. Secondly the room air conditioning did not work properly. The room had very BAD ventilation and when we asked about the air conditioning we were told to give it time. The situation didn’t change over night and we all ended up with a bad cough. The corridors smelt full of smoke, and I raised this at the time of check out and the lady ignored me. Overall definitely not a 4 star hotel - not sure what actually warrants this. Wouldn’t say it has a family vibe either. Overall the rooms are very outdated and did not even have enough power sockets
