United StatesThe continental breakfast was great and waiter had kitchen scramble eggs and bacon for me. Fresh juices were a healthy treat. I know some complain about the location but I wanted a hotel with free parking and quiet. The grassy areas were perfect to walk my dog. If I had more time I would have gotten a massage at their spa, very reasonable rates.

United KingdomWifi was terrible. We were asked to abandon seats under parosol by the swimming pool because we havent booked them although no one used them afterwards. The manager spoke perfect english and could have asked us to move herself but instead she ordered a lifeguard to approach us who struggled to explain why we needed to move and made it really awkward. Pool towels were not provided either.
Overall ok. Breakfast nice and receptionists were friendly too.

United KingdomHere’s some honest feedback. I work in the hospitality industry in the UK and have done for more than 20 years. I am not a fussy person and enjoy simple, cheap things as much as I like polished perfection in marble palaces. :) There was quite a lot of maintenance going on in the property whilst we stayed there which we don’t really care about but it detracted from the atmosphere a bit. Shower pressure was poor even when we were very kindly upgraded (I know the hotel was quiet the night we arrived but we really appreciated the kindness (Oh my god, I would never have booked or paid for a junior suit, but was really nice to experience the extra space etc) There were a number of details of maintenance that could have been better around the hotel that just made the place not look 4*. A missing wooden pole at the entrance, tired, chipped paint and missing lightbulbs down the stairwells, lights embedded in the floor not functioning.
I loved the design and the feel the place had… it was clearly a well organised establishment.

ItalyAir conditioning (woke up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy because the room got hot and their air conditioning can’t keep up. We probably understand why, whenever all the guests are in their rooms the cold air coming from the centralised air conditioning can’t get to our room. They need to change it to a split type. They gave us an electric fan to ease the hot temperature) At the check in the receptionist didn’t explain what time is the check out, breakfast and where. He just gave me the key and a card and didn’t even explain what are those for, I had to ask why is there a key and a card and what time the breakfast etc… Breakfast starts at 7:30 am to 10 am we got there by 7:40-7:45 and all the food are gone we waited around 30 mins while eating what’s left and didn’t see that they refill the buffet (there were a big group around 60 person) (probably they did a little later) the guy that works in the buffet is alone and doing all the work nobody is helping him. The quality of the breakfast are so so The tv, when you turn it on you had to wait for the signal and sometimes it doesn’t come so you won’t be able to watch anything at all You have access at the pool when you’re a guest but if you want a sunbed with an umbrella you gotta pay €50 valid for the whole day if you don’t want to pay you can only get a sunbed and find your own shade near the plants

United KingdomAircon did not work properly - my husband and I could not sleep and had to switch rooms in the early hours of the morning to a room with working air con, meaning we had a very restless night's sleep. Room had a fridge but that didn't work either. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No air con in the hallways either, only seemed reception had the coolest air con! The spa facilities were ok but they close the indoor pool in summer so not much to do. They charge you 20 euros per person to use the pool on your check out day which seemed quite steep, considering our awful night's sleep it would have been a nice gesture to have this as complimentary. Breakfast wasn't great, hardly anything left to eat when we arrived at 9am (breakfast was from 7.30-10.30am).
Good parking, the outdoor pool was lovely - lots of free sunbeds, a bar and toilets/shower near the pool, lots of shaded areas. The room was decent size and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Czech RepublicUnfortunately, the food was an absolute joke for me. The first day, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. I love steaks and I like to order them in restaurants, but what was transferred from the kitchen...The steak was poorly seasoned, we weren't even offered a steak knife, they literally brought us 3 fries as a side dish and I'm not kidding. Breakfast is an even bigger disaster for me, the sweet part of breakfast would be fine about the rest of it unfortunately can't be said. Coffee was absolutely disgusting, prepared in a thermos, I've never had such a nasty coffee in Italy in my life. As it seemed the offer of coffee from the bar was only given to guests who spoke Italian we were ignored. I understand that it can be difficult to communicate with someone in another language, but ordering coffee is perhaps not complicated. The next day there was already an English-speaking waitress and she offered us coffee and gave us a treat. The salty breakfast: the ham was disgusting and probably stood outside for a long time, the scrambled eggs were greenish in colour, and I still hope it was spice! It should be noted that the staff do not supplement the food. When you come to breakfast later, you have nothing to choose from. So we went to breakfast as soon as they opened so we could at least have a choice, which honestly when you're on holiday you want to sleep in. The food would need a lot of improvement. In the end, we left the hotel early precisely because of the quality of the food. For me, the hotel should better state on the website that without a car, you can't get into the city. When I booked the hotel I could see that yes was slightly outside the city and 5 minutes by car from the centre, some 2.7 km , but I could no longer see that it was surrounded only by road and could not be reached by foot.
A nice complex surrounded by a park. At the front desk nice staff. Large rooms pleasantly air-conditioned, accommodation is very clean, regular cleaning. The pool was large, I think the pool might be better cleaned and the bottom of the pool would need renovation, it ripples in places, but otherwise the time spent by the hotel pool was pleasant.

BelgiumFor a four-star hotel, it is lacking a lot of minimal standards. Perhaps, no equipment in the room : no kettle, no tea, no coffee, no tissue box, no iron. Difficult to communicate with the staff who doesn’t speak English (which is strange especially at the front desk). Additionally, the park and the pool are a bit neglected. They are clean but just enough, no additional effort is put into this. Finally, we were charged meals we didn’t ordered because there is no control from the staff when asking for the room member to charge breakfast or dinner.
The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

United KingdomMost everything could and should have been better. We chose this place because it has a spa, indoor and outdoor pools - and none were operational. Air conditioning was not working properly in our room - too hot most of the time and then in the early hours of the morning we would be woken by it being too cold! TV would not work - until I fixed it on day three. Staff were mostly entirely disinterested in providing any help or service. The hotel seemed only interested in conference or coachloads of people staying one night, not using the facilities. A terrible place for individuals to book - so can only recommend do not.
The food at the hotel was good quality - but expensive.
