The thin walls, that is a building problem not property, but you can easily ask the fellow tourists to be more quiet in the late hour and most react normally and do it😊

Noise outside. Thin walls between rooms.

Secure building in gorgeous marble with elevator. Kind and personable proprietor and aunt maintained sparking clean apartment. Above stores so street noise late and early. Convenient to train and nice, affordable restaurants. Bustling neighborhood. Groceries close. Would stay again.

No shower, shampoo or slippers. It would be nice to be provided with some travel kit options just to be able to wash properly. And there was a crazy family whose daughter was screaming at the top of her lungs every single morning and night never letting me get a good rest. And they left their giant baby stroller just inside the kitchen which was really bizarre. If this family are reading it, PLEASE WATCH YOUR KID, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!!

The property was really close to all the main attractions of Rome. Just a 10-minute walk and you see the Colosseum. The supermarket was in the same building and you could easily get to all the cafes and restaurants, the train station and other public transport facilities were pretty walkable too. The ladies at the property were super amiable, nice and kind. The rooms were kept tidy and clean every day. There was a kitchen at your disposal with a kettle, microwave, fridge etc. The area itself was also pretty safe to walk around at night. And it was quiet in the building.

You can't cook, but who wants to do it? Italian food is awesome and many restaurants are nearby.

The location is very well situated, at 1,2 km from Termini. Nearby subway station is Manzoni. Very confortable, very clean. The cleaning lady does her job daily. Penny Market is right at the entrance. Good coffee, cornetto and pizza nearby. I discovered suppli and I just love it. The kitchen have all you need. The terrace looks good. Free paper map of Rome is available.

The shower ran hot and cold and did not run properly as it kept changing from hot to cold by itself.

We loved Daniella the cleaning lady who helped to make our stay all that much better, as every day when we rerurned to the B&B our room was spotlessly clean again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a late check out due to our evening flight, and it wasn’t a problem at all. The air con was working, the beds were comfy, and the room was very clean :)

The bed was very uncomfortable. I requested queen size bed but it was 2 single beds "joined "together. The beds and the mattresses, however, were not properly jointed. At night I fell through the mattresses and the two beds and ripped the sheet!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The location was ok but it's a personal preference. It was very clean.

It was a bit noisy from the downstairs supermarket and you could hear the other guests from the other rooms, but that didn’t bother us too much.

The staff was very kind! Francesco was kind enough to wait for us to check in at 11pm. The cleaning lady, Ms Daniela, was the best! She cleaned everyday and was always with a smile on her face. The property is located very close to the metro station Manzoni, near the city center.

The accommodation is good value for money. The room is clean, the equipment is good in this price category. The location is great, all attractions are easily accessible. The hosts are nice.

The apartment is super cozy and I felt absolutely home. The owners welcomed me and offered a lot of support. On top, they are amazing - very friendly, professional and great hosts!!! I would definitely come back and recommend the apartment to others.

Every third day there is a delivery to a supermarket next to the building around 7am. It gets super noisy for about half an hour. Basically this is the only downside of the place.

Great host and person cleaning the rooms. One of the cleanest place I have ever rented when travelling. They were literally cleaning our room every single day and replacing the towels.

Very friendly staff. Rather good location, just 10-15 minutes by bus from Colosseum and from railway station too. Nice room. Shareable kitchen with a big fridge and microwave. They let me leave my luggage after check out so that I could go to Capella Sistina.
