How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Our stay was excellent! From the warm welcome at reception to the attention and care throughout our stay, everything was perfect. The staff was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Marco, who helped us with all the arrangements for transportation from the airport to the hotel, making everything smooth and easy. We truly appreciated the outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Slightly expensive, but on par with other similar places in Naples
Really nice bed and breakfast in an ideal location in the centre of the lively area of Vomero. The staff (Maria and her husband!) were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make the stay perfect, joining us for breakfast and giving us advice about where to eat and what to visit in Naples. Basic room, but good size and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Fantastic breakfast!

Chez Anna is the perfect place to stay when visiting this part of Italy! Located in the beautiful Vomero district, it’s ideally situated near the metro, a park, and right in the heart of the area. It’s just a 10-minute metro ride to Via Toledo, making it super convenient. The accommodation itself was wonderful, with a rich breakfast and absolutely adorable hosts. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made us feel like part of the family. It’s also pet-friendly, with a charge of €15 per day for the dog. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend!

The only thing I’d say is the walls are very thin so you will hear everything that’s happening outside of the room but apart from that everything else was perfect

We were not expecting to stay in Napoli so we booked last minute and the staff was very accommodating. It's a great location in a very nice part of Napoli nearby some great restaurants and shopping!

I couldn't stay longer because I had to go back home 😭😭
Fantastic hosts, I can only say good things about both of them. Fantastic tips for first timers, including a list of wines to taste 😉 grazie, Maria! Great breakfasts with as much coffee as you need (important if you are spending the whole day out!) The place was spotless, and it is a fantastic location; 15 mins away from the old centre and most attractions.

Me and my mother had a lovely stay. The hosts were absolutely great and took great care of us. They gave us a lot of advice on places to visit, where to eat etc. It was nice having a good breakfast as well. The room itself was very clean and well equipped. The apartment is located in a great location (metro, shopping, restaurants)

The B&B was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was great staying in Vomero, and super convenient to take the metro into the center of Naples for sightseeing. The hosts were wonderful! Breakfast felt like we were gathered around their kitchen table :) We only had one full day in Naples and they helped us plan out the perfect itinerary.

Vomero is a bit outside of the center of Naples but still very accessible with Subway and funiculare.
Very welcoming, warm hosts. Great cozy rooms.

1. No easy transportation from airport or train station. Marco, one of the employees picked us up at the train stn and charged $25 which was a good deal. Otherwise a cab would have cost at least $50. 2. It was in a 10 story building and we were on the 5th floor - it did have an elevator. 3. No food in rooms made it hard to bring in pizza because the dining area was to small to accommodate enjoying a pizza. We got caught bringing pizza box from room and were chastised for it. But the staff was nice otherwise. 4. It is located in an apartment building.
