Overall everything was fine. There was just some problem with the bathroom when we checked in i.e. the drain was somehow clogged and the bathing area was all flooded. Luckily, we noticed it while the host was still there and she quickly have us transferred to another room. So, no complaints.

Overall, the stay was comfortable. It is just few minutes by bus from Vatican museum. There are also few restautants available near by. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect. Everything about this stay was superb. Kind and friendly staff , immaculately clean threw out. Even accepted a special request at no extra charge. Really a hidden gem in Rome. Close to metro and bus stations with Vatican City within walking distance. 10/10 me and my girlfriend loved our stay even more. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed even keeping our luggage since we arrived early leaving us a free day to explore. Will definitely be coming again should I be in Rome.

It was quite difficult to find the apartment, the flow of the hot water at the bathroom was kind of weird

we liked that the metro station was near by and that the room was spacious and kind new. Also there was a shared and well equipment kitchen for use near by Overall it was Value for money

The room was rather small for 5 people. There was a misunderstanding with the owner before arrival regarding late check-in. Before making the booking I asked the property about the late check-in, and they replied that late check-in was possible for an extra fee. About 1 month after making a non-refundable booking, I received a rather blunt message from the property saying that it would not be possible to check-in after 9pm, while offering zero solutions. It took me sending screenshots of the question and answers section for the owner to finally agree to let us check-in after 9pm. This made for a pretty stressful situation that could have easily been avoided.

The location is excellent with lots of good restaurants nearby. There is a metro station just a few steps away from the building. When we left, we forgot a backpack. The owner was very helpful with the situation and he sent it to us by mail.

Communication with the reception/owner. Super low english level (she could answer on a question “Can you tell me the name of the nearest metro stop”. I had to pick up the key in a pizzeria were they don’t speak also 😂

we reached there about 8:45 pm. But no one there for open the door. we stuck there almost 20 minuts. after then we call to the property, mean while that time the person who attend our call he asked our for 30 euro extra and he told us the last check un time is at 9:00 pm. we made some arguments regarding that Another problem is the Aircondition, bathroom flush, and the water heter doesn't work properly.. we struggled a lot with that
