Gorgeous apartment with big bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful living space and fully equipped kitchen. Over looks the cutest street and has the best cafe right underneath. Alexia was super helpful, responded so fast to every query and even left a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us to Como. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, Alexia!

The apartment is so convenient. 10min walk from train stations and close to the piers. Right in the heart of town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious compared to hotel rooms. Our host Alexia was so helpful with tips and ensured that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was super clean and had all the mod cons including a washing machine.

It was modern, very clean and well equipped. The location was brilliant right in the centre of the shops and restaurants. There is a cafe underneath the apartment which served lovely coffee and pastries.

We loved everything about this property - so much that we canceled our move to Milan and stayed here for an extra two nights. The location was particularly convenient, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone yet in a relatively quiet area. The bakery downstairs was extremely convenient for breakfast, together with the kitchen for other meals when required. For our family of 4, it was perfect.

The house is indeed a hidden germ in the very centre of Como - spacious, elegantly decorated, well equipped with appliances and supplies for either a long or short stay. But what charms me most is its host. Alexia is probably the best bnb host I have ever met. She’s super friendly, caring and helpful. As we were driving and the property is located in a pedestrian zone, it’s a bit tricky to drop our luggage and then find an overnight parking space for our e-car. Not only did Alexia greet us at the drop off point, walk us through the check-in and provide us the essentials about travelling in Lake Como, she even took the time to guide us to the car park and helped us locate the EV charging facility. Weather was dismal on our last day in Como, but it was all made up by Alexia’s generous offer of a late check out and her show up for a warm goodbye.

Nothing, even the weather cooperated for our October visit. Location was great, walk with luggage from San Giovanni train station was fine, about 20 minutes, lots of stairs near the station, but we were two couples in their seventies and managed fine.

No included breakfast, but coffee and tea selections provided. Location was perfect right within the pedestrian area, but in a quiet street away from the main evening crowds.

The apartment is very clean. The location is very central. Shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants are just downstairs.

At night, there was some crowd noise from eateries and bars on the street below. One night was a football (e.g. soccer) match, so the fan-boys shouted, sang team songs, and blared horns until after midnight. Our friends dealt with the issue by buying ear plugs at a local pharmacy.

Our Charming Como apartment was in a terrific location, close to everything we wanted to do in Como. Just under the apartment are several excellent restaurants, including a great coffee place with divine pastries. Communication with property manager Alexi was very good. The apartment itself was plenty spacious for two couples, and contained everything we needed for our stay.

It would have been nice if there had been shampoo and shower gel provided. As we are doing a tour and every other accommodation provides it we had to bring these with us for just two nights. It is very noisy on bin day from about 6am but we expected that when we chose a very central location.

Alexia was such a good host. She provided good instructions and information about our stay. The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location.

There was definitely some noise on the street early in the morning. The windows are very good, but the sound still came through. There is nothing the host can do about this; it is the nature of staying in a vibrant, bustling downtown area.

Alexia met us at our car outside the pedestrian area and was very helpful to us in finding parking for our rental car near the apartment. She pretty much ran out to where we were to help us! She is very nice and always willing to make sure we are happy. The apartment is very nice and well-furnished. The location is amazing! I recommend this property for its location, awesome host, and comfort.

Not clear what to do with Keys when you check out since you need the keys to lock the door. Hard to get to with luggage since the closest taxis can get is about two blocks away.
