We traveled with our dog and while they only accept pets in certain rooms (not including the one we initially booked), they upgraded us for free to a dog-friendly room. This is the perfect spot for any kind of mountain activities, whether in the summer or in the winter.

GermanyOne of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had – unforgettable experience! I stayed here during the UTMB 50 km ultramarathon in Monterosa, and everything about the experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and breathtaking views – truly a place where you can relax and feel at peace after a challenging race. But what truly made this stay so special was the staff. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I met people so warm, understanding, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such friendliness and care that it immediately felt like home. A huge thank you especially to the amazing team at the reception and the wonderful people at the bar – you really made our time unforgettable. I’d like to mention a few individuals who made a big difference during our stay: Giada, Wasim, Karen, Laura and Nicola – you are all exceptional, and your hospitality meant so much to us. If you’re ever in Gressoney-La- Trinité for a Ski or Race or Vacation or just a getaway – I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

ItalyThe dinner was fine in terms of quality but not the greatest value, though probably just the usual ski resort premium. There is a pub in the hotel and on Saturday night it was quite busy until late and loud with people standing outside talking loudly, even though we didn't have a window onto that area we could still hear them.
Great breakfast. The outdoor pool was small but well heated and the kids loved it, and we also really liked the outdoor sauna. The indoor spa (for adults only) was lovely. The location, just a few minutes' walk from several lifts, was very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and the kids loved playing pingpong and table football in the games room/gym.

The most helpful owner we've met on our trip!! Giorgio made it the perfect stay. We are touring on a motorcycle and he gave us great detailed recommendations. SwitzerlandA room in which we stayed was located in a separate building next to the Chalet. The room with a bathroom was small for 2 adults (it has 3 additional beds upstairs). The open swimming pool is very small, rather for sipping wine than for swimming.

Hong KongExcellent hotel! We have travelled in many places and different countries in the alps, and this hotel is actually quite unique. Location, service, food - it's all superb. The staff, including the owners, are very authentic in their service and very personal. The owners take genuine interest in their guests and you can find them chatting with you during the day. We have been here several times over the years and they always improved, both the facilities (very good Spa and an outdoor warm pool), food, which is now faboulous by the way, with both half pension and a la carte with a wine list of quality. Add a very good paestry chef for faboulous deserts. You will also enjoy a live pianist with variety on his repetoar at dinner. /Grete & Markus, Sweden
