We loved the spa. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We particularly loved the shuttle service to and from the gondola stations. Breakfast was amazing.

I read this critic before, so it is just to reinforce that the temperature of the room was too warm and one can not control the AC. I had to open the windows most of the time to kind of control the temperature inside the room (what is not so environment friendly). Maybe there is a reason for that, but i am not aware.

I went after Easter, arriving in the last day of the ski season, so the city and the hotel were not crowed. The staff was extremely sympathetic and efficiency (although few could not speak fluent English, they make the effort, they don't let you without an satisfactory answer). The hotel is very beautiful from inside, stays close to market and shoppings/restaurante. Breakfast was great (meat and cheese selections, fruits, cereals and pastry) . I got the simplest bedroom option and worth it (small fridge, tv, cozy bed and good shower), it has everything that one need when going for long hikes during the day and just want to relax afterwards. By the way, the spa area is perfect after long sport day (sauna, pool, showers). I really recommend to stay Hotel Chalet Del Brenta and i will definitely go back!

Good location, close to spinale lift, close to supermarket and city centre. Pool was really warm, breakfast was nice, shuttle works very well. Room was warm.

The service and staff were excellent! Breakfast had a large variety. The hotel was super clean, the spa was great - the shuttle service to the ski area was efficient and fast - we would 100% return to this hotel and resort.

Perfect location for both business or pleasure. I was working and the facilities and location were great with private indoor parking. my partner was making the most of the spa and hotel facilities. Easy reach on foot to the center of the town for shops and restaurants. Hotel food was perfect with no complaints. Very friendly staff especially the owner who was around at breakfast and dinner every day. Highly recommended for families or couples

Spa is open only from 2pm, and available just during 60 minutes upon reservation This is not good for guests that are not ski-orientated.

very poor internet. In our room we have to sit near the door in order to have WiFi connection. in internet era they just do not want to buy more powerfull routers and fiberglass connection. Very limited variaty of foods at breakfast. We stayed 7 nights and the breakfast was all days the same. The room door was not closing very tightly, so when the neighbours openned/closed their door, our door also moved due to wind:) Very slow elevators. 20 rooms use 1 same elevator, which is very slow, so from time to time you have to wait 3-5 min, when all the guests at once go for a dinner, or breakfast. Family bad does not have the hearrest, so the pillows from time to time fall off

Good location and great views. Pretty quite place, so the rest at noght is good. Good spa zone and kids club over the day. You can leave the kids for several hours without any problems, kids club is the best in this hotel. Enough parking spaces in the garage or around the hotel Shuttle bus to the slopes

As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff greeted us with a bright smile, clean hotel, easy parking, allowed early check-in, and upgraded the room. The breakfast is also very good and all the staff in the hotel are really friendly. I recommend it.

We were surprised to have to pay extra to have fried eggs at breakfast. Also to pay extra to have orange juice in a glass. Also guests should be warned about the charges applied for the occasional receptions which are held at the hotel.

Tall people staying on the top floor (4) is problematic due to low ceiling in some rooms, one small elevator serving the entire hotel was inadequate at times

Considering the very high price and rate we would have expected better services: - we booked a suite and we were assigned the a spacious room but the bathroom had no bidet and a shower with doors that did not close well resulting in large leaks with every shower. The sofa bed looked very old and uncomfortable - the heating in the room was excessive, at 26°, and not adjustable from the thermostat, to lower it we had to close the radiator valves and open the windows - only one complementary bottle of water was given only the first day. We had two more in the next 2 days from the minibar that were charged to the room - wifi connection was poor - dinner at the hotel restaurant was bad and breakfast had a very limited variety - even though the spa regulations required reservations and a maximum stay of one hour, the spa was very crowded around 6 pm - when we arrived we asked for parking cause there was none outside, luckily we were given the last garage space for a daily rate, however it was not clear from the information on the site that booking was recommended

Location is perfect, very close to the city centre and the ski area. Shuttle service to the slopes operating all day long is very convenient.

Breakfast and dinner was awful. Too much personal who was doing nothing. In breakfast I had to ask for coffee 3 times. Bathtub was stuck , asked to clean it, it didn’t happened. Before arrival gluten free bread was ordered, at second day it was over

Ski room too small; Restaurant Manager was borderline rude and arrogant. Worst piece was the first night they did not have enough rooms for our group even though our booking was confirmed. So two of the group members had to share for the first night.

Bar staff were fantastic. Rooms comfortable. Restaurant is large. Shuttle service a huge bonus
