No air conditioning and poor air circulation during a heat wave made it very uncomfortable. Fine rock dust from a landslide covered everything. Not much effort was made to clean things up.

No air-conditioning! or fans! or lift. We knew about the lift but not sure I was expecting three flights of stairs. This is not the place to stay in summer as the windows are tiny and no breezes to cool down here. The two single beds pushed together and not made as a double, both mattresses are sunken and hard and not comfortable. The fridge is not cold. The website states modern amenities but I don't think you could be further from the truth.

not too far from the main town of Cortina D'Ampezzo, nice little path to wander around at the chalet, nice pizza and coffee and breakfast was good. Clean bathroom, the door doesn't open as it hits the basin but once in there it is ok.

We stayed here in mid-June, and it was quite hot with no air conditioning. Breakfast choices were limited.

The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom facilities were excellent, everything was very clean.

It was quite warm when we were in Cortina. The rooms are directly under the roof and heat up quite a lot. The staff was so nice to lend a ventilator. In summer I would recommend to equip all rooms at least with a ventilator to ensure a good night sleep.

The hotel staff is outstanding, very friendly and always available to help you! The location of the hotel is just 10 minutes outside of Cortina.

The room have a kitchen but is totally empty so this was not useful at all. unfortunately the second night there was a teenager party so I couldn’t sleep until it finished maybe 2 am can’t remember.

The location and the views are great, also the heating was quite good.

Extraordinarily rude service -- the exact opposite of good customer service. The worst I have ever experienced both at booking and on arrival.

I had two very bad customer service experiences with this hotel. The first occurred at and shortly after booking. In creating my travel plans, I reserved four rooms at this hotel through Booking.com but accidentally selected the "pay now" option instead of the option with the ability to cancel later. I immediately noticed the error when my credit card was charged and contacted the hotel to request that the funds be refunded and the reservation changed to allow cancellation (in case my plans changed). After several attempts, both through Booking.com and directly with the hotel, my request was flatly denied. In fact, my plans did change in that instead of needing four rooms, I only needed two. Despite my renewed request, I was forced to pay for all four rooms. I acknowledge that the booking error was mine, but suggest that good customer service would allow for a cancellation or reservation change 8 months before the actual reservations, but this was not even considered at this hotel. Making matters worse, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM only to find a notification that check-in was only available during restaurant-open hours, which did not start until 5:30 PM. The signed suggested waiting at the lakeside bar, but, of course, it was closed as well. And, finally, when we were able to check in, the individual handling those duties was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a customer service environment. He was harsh, condescending, and rude in every action he took with both me and another in my party. For numerous reasons, I can advise in the strongest possible way that NO ONE SHOULD BOOK THIS HOTEL.
