All minor items: The aircon was in the 'lounge area' so it took some time to provide cool air into the bedroom area (even with the bedroom door open). Whilest there is a coffee machine and pads, it would have been helpful if the host had put in a small water and milk into the fridge before we arrived

Massimo (host) was very helpful on both our arrival and leaving Bedroom and bathroom were large and well appointed Great location and in a quiet area, but very near the main tourist areas.

Clean and looked brand new. The AC worked great and the location was perfect. This made for a very comfortable stay while in Florence

The only small note would be that a thicker blanket would be welcome for those who feel the cold at night like me.

We appreciated the location in a quieter part of Florence, the cleanliness of the property and the warm welcome from our host who shared plenty of practical tips on things to do and places to eat.

Maybe the kitchenette facilities and shower could be more spacious, but great water pressure and ample basins for washing.

We loved Costello rooms! It was an excellent location and the place was very comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet and easy to get to. It's a perfect location, walking distance to everything we needed, cafes restaurants and shops nearby. Massimo met us at the door, helped with our luggage, called us a cab when we left, he couldn't have been more helpful. We look forward to staying here again when we return to beautiful Florence.

Apartment was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, private bath with shower, sitting room and small kitchen with coffee maker including pods and a small refrigerator. Massimo was very helpful and communicative. He nicely booked us taxis as they were hard to come by in our area. Location is quiet but close to restaurants and bars and fairly close to the bridges to take you into the central city.

Took a very long time to get hot water in the shower, but that’s to be expected with the age of the building. The old building was beautiful

Massimo is an absolutely fantastic host. He makes everything so much easier and helped us with an early meet-up for our bags. Just a super helpful guy who is clearly very experienced with people travelling Europe. Strongly, strongly recommend.

Liked that it was on the quieter side of Florence and not as many groups of tourists around . It took only around fifteen minutes walk to the centre of Florence . It was a nice little place, we had trouble on arrival due to transport delays and Massimo was very accommodating and helpful and waited for us . He also gave us some great information of places to visit and trattorias to eat at. It was a lovely trip. The property was old and charming.
