The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful. Conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to the city center. Blankets and beach umbrellas were available, as well as coffee and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

Its at the otherside from the railway lines and at night you have to cross along one stairs and bridge over the lines to and back from center , which is not very pleasent.

Exceptional host, nice studio clean and with good fascilities, nice balcony,very close to Railway&bus station but far from crowd, near on 20 min walk to the old town .Easy to get to it.

I liked everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, spacious and cozy. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. The WIFI worked perfectly. The host was also very nice and kind, even letting us borrow an umbrella for the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

The place is located about 500 m from the train station, which makes it quite communicative. It is quiet and peaceful. There are enough places to eat nearby, but we preferred to walk and stayed in other restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures. For 1-2 days it’s the perfect choice, but for more than that I would not recommend it. It was quite loud because of the shared room where you could hear people having coffee and chatting and the doors which were not isolating at all.

The apartment unit door was unlocked by an app on the phone. My phone was low on power when we returned at the end of the evening which worried me about getting access to the room. We had a key for our bedroom but not the unit door. Communication with the owner was not immediate. Just something to be aware of.

The room was pleasant and cozy, and very clean. The building itself is a bit unwelcoming, but the room truly had everything you need for a short stay in Bari. The bathroom was very clean and nice. There is a shared space in the hallway where you can make coffee or tea, and it’s equipped with utensils for dining. Overall, it’s a good place in terms of value for money.

The service & communication was very friendly, supportive and welcoming. The rooms comfort, clean, not too small, bathroom and bed just perfect. Thank you for being allowed to leave my Rucksack before check-in. This place is wonderful to experience Bari in all its differences. You live modern & comfort at the forth flor with views of a modern & vivd town. Everything important around, close by, bus station, tasty food corners etc pp. Neither too loud nor off far away life. Walking distance 500 m further comes the glamours still modern part. The Puls of the City… Shopping pedestrian area, port, theater etc pp 1 km further the old town. Another different vivid part of Bari. More slow. A good mixture between touristic & authentic.

It’s very clean, quiet and well equipped with anything you might need. It’s about 5 minutes walk from the main train station (Bari Centrale). You are totally free from binding hours, thanks to the autonomous/ automatic check in that works perfectly.

A bit dingy and in need of a face lift. The entry instructions were not clear, mainly which floor the apartment was on.

There is registration process that might be unnecessary from the perspective of guest. However, it is stated that it has to do something with EU or Italian law. Not a big deal, host will reply if there is any question.

Safety. Bari isn't safest city in the country and the host made sure that there are a few steps to enter your room, including cameras. I haven't had any problems and felt safe during my stay in the city, but knowing that my personal belongings are safe is relaxing. Location is almost perfect. 3 minutes from "Bari Centrale", yet completely unaffected by infamous public transportation surrounding. Historical Bari centar is straight forward once building is left and it takes about 10 minutes of walk. Room is spacious enough, with small terrace that has nice street view. Colors are relaxing and there isn't unnecessary decoration. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. You have small private fridge and fridge in common area. Both AC and TV worked fine. What really stands out for me is bathroom. Easily 10/10. Shower is clean and you actually have enough space to turn. In the end, value for money is 12/10. At least something with quality is affordable these days... I was close to giving 10 overall, but let's say it is 9.4 and it exceeded my expectations.

Perfectly organized, the online keys, the communication was brilliant, easy to reach from the central railway station but, not too close. The room is perfect. The staff is kind and reacts fast and adequate. It's also available fully equipped kitchen/lounge with free coffee and tea.
