Lovely staff plus they organised a really nice welcome for my mum's birthday with cake and prosecco and decorations in the room which was a nice surprise for her! The gym is better than I expected but is shared with a neighbour hotel and is open to members so was quite busy.

The staff at check-in was very sociable. The young lady at the reception read us a long instruction on the services offered by the hotel. The rooms were quite clean and were cleaned every day. The staff was quite friendly. There is a place to relax on the roof of the hotel, where you can calmly come in the evening and sit with your family. The location is quite convenient, although not in the center - but at a quick walk to the center of Sorrento you can get there in 10-15 minutes, which is quite useful. Near the hotel there are several small but successful restaurants and even a laundry, which worked 24 hours a day. I recommend this hotel.

We're where on the side of the hotel overlooking a residential block. Not really good. But no problem. Had sort of a sea view but not really worth it. Would recommend the hotel. It's about 20mins walk to the centre, but the banana spilt bar was our watering hole on the way there and back. Brilliant vibe and service.

Artificial grass… one of the family room was very small and noisy.

Welcome and staff were exceptional… loved the roof terrace and the pool (not a fan of the artificial plastic grass) First glass gym. Breakfast staff were very welcoming and proficient. A very well managed hotel in a convenient location.

if I had one criticism I think the sunbathing terrace near the pool could do with tidying up, it looks out over the bay of Naples which is a great view but its looking a bit tired.

Hotel was in a great position just a ten minute walk to the main area and a couple of great bars and restaurants within a 4/5min walk. Staff brilliant, room nice, breakfast was good with the normal selection eggs various ways, bacon, beans, cold meats, bread and pastries ect and they couldn't have been ant more helpful to my partner who has a gluten intolerance especially Katerina the restaurant manager.

The gym is large and well equipped but could be open more often

Very friendly and helpful staff from the cleaning , catering and reception teams. The breakfast choice was comprehensive and the service was personal down to remembering our coffee preferences. Our rooms were on the refurbished 4th floor which were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the station, port and busy shopping/restaurant areas.

Our rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors were a bit dated compared to our friends rooms on the 4 th floor. Also a lot of traffic noise if the room is at the front of hotel but ok when using ear plugs provided.

Staff were great and very helpful, especially Katrina at breakfast. Room maids and reception staff were also lovely and very helpful. Aircon in rooms was also very efficient

The gym should have towels and water available for hotel guests. Didn’t know that the first time I went.

Great location. About 15 minutes walk down the main road to the town square for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the elevator to get down to the dock if you plan to take ferries to other places. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice to have a pool to cool down after a day in the heat. Rooms are clean and offered many amenities.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city center, but it's worth it for the value you get. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great, attentive with a good selection to start the day. Every morning, they made sure to accommodate one of our group member's allergies. What made our stay special was the friendly staff. From our first day meeting Lucia, the staff at breakfast and throughout the hotel – always smiling and acknowledging guests, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Nothing, we loved it!

This was my favourite hotel on our 2 week 6 city trip to Italy. We were travelling with our 4 kids (3 teens and an 8 year old). The hotel staff were so wonderful and helpful, providing us with dining recommendations, beach suggestions and more. The fact that it is a family owned and run establishment makes it even better. The location is incredible and having a little balcony to relax on right on the main strip was perfect. The pool was fantastic with bar and food service available and tons of lounging chairs and a stunning view. The food was great at the hotel. Honestly it was perfect.

Nice hotel and room equipment. Very pleasant and professional staff. The large pool and gym are excellent. Great for families with children. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The hotel is a bit further outside the city center on a main road full of cars. Very narrow sidewalks for one person in some places are unfortunately challenging for families with small children. The distance from the center can be an advantage for some, away from tourist crowds. The center is packed with tourists to bursting every evening.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything from beginning to the end was perfect. The reception was very welcoming and understanding towards our requests and questions. We also want to say a special thank you to Caterina who took care of my girlfriend every breakfast. My girlfriend has some food allergies and Catarina made sure to give her alternatives and always be attentive. We are very grateful for her. My girlfriend also celebrated her birthday there and the whole staff was just awesome helping me to prepare my surprise and helping with the cake. We used the spa and massage service and this was also 5/5. We previously had massages in luxury hotels in Sorrento but this spa was better than everything we tried before. We also want to say a special thank you to the housekeeper on the 4th floor. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing and kind. Rooms were spotless everyday. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon. Thank you.

My daughter and I loved the location of the hotel, the pool, the room - it was all great! The breakfast was also fabulous! Our room was spacious, we arrived to some welcome cookies and the little touches such as slippers is always the sign of a great hotel! Reception was also happy to hold your key whilst you were out so you never had to worry about loosing it! When we had to leave early (missing breakfast) the hotel made us both a breakfast pack to take with us, which was so lovely!

Parking of lack

It’s a very clean and cozy boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The room we took had an amazing view of the sea and its size was great. We had to take the lift to the 4th floor and then walk up the stairs to the 5th because it was in an adjacent building. Breakfast was full of choices and the staff even offered us a small selection of pasties and coffee the day of our checkout because we were leaving the hotel at 6:30 am which was before breakfast time. The location was very close and walking distance to central area.

The rooms were a bit dated. The noise from the road wasn't good. The bathroom was small and had an awkward step in the floor.

The accommodation was clean, the breakfast was really nice, the staff were fantastic and the pool was a great escape from the heat.
