Perfect location, wonderful view, comfortable room, nice staffs which always reply your questions immediately

Located on third floor, no lift, only steep stairs! It was quite difficult to carry our luggage up and down. However, if you arrive or leave after 10 a.m., it will not be a problem since the staffs are willing to give you a hand.

The location was perfect and the hosts were extremely welcoming and gave us lots of information. The room and bathroom although small was spotlessly clean and the rooftop terrace was a great bonus

There were 65 stone steps to climb to the entrance and although not really a problem for us it was a little difficult with heavy luggage

The location is amazing! You are in the center and can go walking everywhere, Ugo was very kind and gave us recommendations.

We went on summer, the building is quite warm, so the acwas not able to keep the room cold.

Climbing up 3 stairs

This property was in a superb location for access to the main line railway station, tram system and tourist attractions. It was very easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. The room was spotlessly clean with a superb air conditioning system (and in temperatures of 35-38 degrees that was very much appreciated!) and the roof terrace was a lovely space for breakfast in the mornings and a drink in the evening. when it was (theoretically!) a bit cooler. Fabulous and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The accommodation is up 60 + stairs without a lift so might not be suitable for everyone - but its an ancient building and you only have to carry your luggage up once. And, if it wasn't up a height there would be no view worth looking at from the roof terrace so its well worth the climb if you're fit enough.

Location 10/10, facility 10/10, hospitality 20/10. clean and comfy room with all amenities available. close to everything in florence. The owners are so kind and helpful. highly recommend.

The location & terrace. It was directly across from the Centrale Market and walking distance to train and sites. And the roof terrace was lovely. Great to pick up food & wine from across the street and enjoy it with other visitors on the roof while watching the sun set. The room was clean but a bit cramped. The proprietor was not on site, but answered texts quickly if we had questions.

63 steps to the door. If anyone has physical issues, this is a real problem. This was not clearly noted in write-up and should be. It limited the number of times we went in & out. The front room was hot and there was no clean glassware available to replace used glasses. Outlets for charging phones etc were extremely limited.

Fantastic location in center of Firenze, walking section, close stroll to Duomo, Uffizi, Galleria dell’ Accademia, Ponte Vecchio, and the train station, all the restaurants and cafes. Amazing rooftop terrace with the view of the city, great during the day and beautifully set up to enjoy the evenings. We came in early in the day and Ugo was extremely communicative and helpful, letting us leave the luggage immediately so we can go for breakfast, coming back for early check-in so we can enjoy the whole first day in the city. Ugo also shared with us several great restaurants, gelaterias, and places with a great view of the Firenze skyline. We managed to try many and they were all fantastic recommendations. The place was extremely clean and had all the modern amenities you need, plus the charm of living in the old city.

As many noted, this is on the 3rd floor, so if you have trouble walking up the stairs or have tons of heavy luggage, that might be a problem. We travelled light and had no problem walking up the stairs so it felt like we got a deal!

Lived the central location esp near the market hall. Loved the roof top garden.

Poor air con in the room too hot

Our stay at Central View Boutique was really enjoyable! Very comfortable and beautiful apartment, there was all we need. And the view from the roof was so beautiful. Can’t wait to visit this beautiful place again!

There is no elevator, so it could be difficult to get your luggage on the 3rd floor.

We were welcomed by Ugo who couldn't have been more helpful. The rooftop terrace was an unexpected delight. The room was cosy but well equipped and the shower was great. Really good location close to all the main attractions but surprisingly quiet.

You can't leave the aircon running if you take the keys so it takes a few minutes to cool the room when you get back. I would like to see a more robust fire escape plan but I guess that's common in many old Florentine buildings. Be prepared for a lot of stairs!

Amazing accommodation with attention to detail. Great location - walking distance to the railway sation and the key sights. Special thanks to Hugo for his hospitality and help to have lovely time in Florence!

Being picky , the bathroom was a tad small for my tall frame

The rooftop patio was nice, and it was a great location!

A little overpriced, somewhat difficult to locate, and strange layout with a hallway that was clearly an add-on to maximize the number of rooms they could fit into the former apartment. More like a airbnb than an actual hotel.

Beautifully presented room. So comfortable. Loved the coffee and tea, the water in the fridge. The rooftop is so beautiful with a view of the Duomo, Medici Chapel and Giotto's Bell tower. No need to find an expensive rooftop bar with a view, just grab a bottle of wine and you have your private rooftop. Also Gabriella was so helpful and friendly. Allowing us in early and leaving our cases after check-out made everything so easy. They felt like proper hosts. Couldn't have been lovelier.

Excellent location, big spacious room and Gabriella was the most welcoming host. Sent us many recommendations and showed us around when we first arrived, thanks so much! The rooftop is beautiful too, especially at night.

Not much of an issue for us but there are a lot of stairs if you struggle with that.

It had a beautiful rooftop that was fun to have breakfast on and we also were invited to a party one night with all the other people staying there which was fun! Good location too!

It’s in a very busy market area and lots of stairs to your room!

The hosts were very welcoming! And the terrace garden was so magical! Amazing location right next to the central market, we often bought some food from there and then enjoyed it on the terrace.

It was an unforgettable trip with wonderful hospitality from our hosts.！The location is very good and you can go anywhere easily. The view from the rooftop terrace was also great！

It's on the third floor, so it was hard to go down with so heavy bags because we did a lot of shopping…😅

Great location, hosts super friendly and accommodating, giving advice when we asked. Loved all the biscotti in the room, such a special touch. The location is excellent, walking distance to many attractions. Not a problem for us but keep in mind you will carry your luggage up a few set up stairs.
