Great location – just a short walk to the old town, with plenty of restaurants nearby and even a grocery store right downstairs. Bus stops are also very close, making it easy to get anywhere you need. The apartment had a very comfortable bed and convenient keyless access, which made check-in and moving around simple. We did have an issue with the hot water on the first night, but the host responded quickly, offered alternatives, and had it fixed the next day. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient spot!

The location was perfect. Door step to all recommendations. They had an iron which was good.

The toilet was blocked and there was a bad smell in the room. The noise is awful you can hear everything from outside and it’s on a busy street.

Easy self-check-in and friendly and supportive staff - excellent electronic building management system for access and entry. Good beds, proper shower and super central location. Walkable in 10 minutes from central station.

A bit pricey and very noisy, but I knew that before. Coffee capsules would be good - there is a coffee maker but no capsules.

WELL NOT OUT TO UPSET ANYONE BUT YOU CANNOT HAVE AIRCON THAT GOES OFF AND ON WITH MOVEMENT SENSOR ONLY ..WATER WAS BEING SPAT OUT WHEN IT SWITCHED ON AND SOMETIMES ICE WITH WATER BECAUSE ROOM WAS WARM HOT COLD HOT COLD AND AT NITE IF YOU DONT MOVE AIRCON GOES OFF GRRRR ITS A BAD IDEA AND VERY PROBLEMATIC AND MOULD WILL GROW NOT HEALTHY,, ALSO THE APP FOR THE DOORS IS OK IF YOU HAVE GREAT INTERNET I HAD TROUBLE WITH IT MY INTERNET WAS BAD SOMETIMES SO KEY PADS EVERY WHERE IS OK FROM FRONT DOOR TO 2 INTERNAL DOORS , SO THEY GAVE ME KEYS PROBLEM SOLVED ,ALSO COMMON AREA OTHER GUESTS WOKE ME UP EVERY DAY WHEN THEY WERE TALKING IN COMMON AREA YOU NEED TO PUT UP SIGNS SAYING QUIET AREA AND YOU NEED TO SOUNDPROOF DOOR, ALSO THE LAST MINUTE CHECKIN WAS A REAL PAIN I WAS WAITING IN HOT STREET OUTSIDE TILL IT GOT SORTED AS I WAS DRIVING AFTER I BOOKED AND SAW NOT COMMUNICATION

When we required help to enter the building, the gentleman was super helpful via WhatsApp and set up a new code for the door entry app. Getting into the building could have gone wrong, and nearly did.

A little noisy late at night but not too bad overall.

Location is perfect, building looks modern and entrance hall is amazing. Big parking just across the street as well as the supermarket. It has great potential to be luxury accommodation with some serious Investment. Check in is online and you get codes for entrance.

Doors and windows are worn out without any sound or wind isolation, which makes sleeping impossible since it is overlooking main street that is nonstop busy. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Problems with sewage and there are dead cockroaches all over the building.

Great location in the heart of the centre with shops, bars and restaurants in close proximity. It was easy to find and the instructions on how to enter the property were sent well in advance. Large room which was perfectly clean.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and shower pressure was quite weak but nothing major.

Our stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience! The location is perfect – very close to the city center, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. It was ideal for walking around and exploring the city without needing transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy and everything we needed was available. The service was also friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely choose it again for another stay!

Location was amazing

Odd odor in the room Toilet ran at all hours Bed was very low to ground. Check-in instruction provided in booking would not get you into building. We need to find email to get in.

Location was good.

It was extremely noisy. There was a 10K run starting in the morning on the street & the DJ was testing sound equipment from 5am & playing loud music from 7am. The instructions to enter the building are not made clearly so we had to phone the emergency number at 22.30 to help us. Our bathroom locked itself from the inside & there was no handle to open it. We both needed to use the toilet. There is nobody on site to help & the guy we eventually got on the phone said it would be difficult to get someone on a Sunday and asked us to get knives from cleaning cupboard & try to open it ourselves.. Eventually we got it open but I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

The location was ok but that's it.

The stuff wasn't responsive at all. It was very hard to reach them and get answers while checking in and during our stay. The place didn't feel clean. Poor shower.

It was very good located close to the old town of Bari, and if you are taking a cruise from Bari it is walking distance to the terminal. Very convenient. The room is very spacious and clean with a fresh bathroom. You open every door with a link that you get to your cellphone. Make sure it works though, we needed to ask for a new one. Would recommend this hotel for a visit in Bari. The staff are helpful through whatsapp if there is a problem.

The link for opening the doors didn’t work directly. Got a bit stressful when we arrived at night and it took a while for it to work. Ask the staff for a new one if this happens. They are very helpful. If you are a light sleeper i would recommend to bring ear plugs. The rooms are facing a very busy street.
