The B&B was in a very central location. Though the room was on teh 1st floor, there was a lift. They had the option of a paid breakfast (which was good value for money). The room was sizeable and comfortable and the view was good. The staff was friendly.

Amazing, cozy, central! Was able to accommodate us early for check in. Even though we did not select the breakfast option, having use of the patio and dining area was lovely! The host is very kind and is able to communicate well with whatsapp.

Only that the towel radiator in bathroom didn’t work. So the bathroom was quite chilly.

Perfect distance to the centro storico. Host was amiable and brought us warm cornetti even very early in the morning.

Very nice good-sized room in house in quiet street near the cathedral. Very clean and comfortable with good wifi. Italian-style breakfast at a reasonable price. There is a terrace/balcony in the breakfast room, which faces west, perfect for sitting in the afternoon sun when I arrived. Friendly and helpful owner, who lives in the same building, so check-in was straightforward. All in all, very good value for money.

It was a bit difficult to get to as it was high up on the hill. It was also not handicap accessible as there were stairs to enter the building.

Not a negative for us, but be aware that the apartment is located in a ZTL, a restricted driving zone found in many Italian cities/towns. Streets can be very narrow and you have to be very aware of pedestrians and one way signs. The owner/manager will put you on a list that allows you within the ZTL so that you can drop off/pickup your luggage. Free parking is several blocks away, not bad if you are walking, but possibly a challenge with luggage depending on your fitness level. Fortunately, we found a temporary spot to park in front of the apartment to drop off/pick up our luggage, then re-parked in free parking. My friend, who slept in a single bed, only had the comforter, but no sheets on the bed. We discovered it that night, so unlike a hotel, it was too late to call anyone to bring sheets. Despite that, she slept comfortably, as did I in the adjacent double bed (which had sheets). It was very quiet!

You are in the heart of Old Town Arezzo (which is beautiful and non-touristy--except for you, LOL!) My 2nd time in Arezzo and I love it! I could see myself living here. The breakfast/kitchen area is lovely and bright, and you have a nice self-serve continental breakfast included in your stay. The space is actually an apartment with rooms (each with their own bath inside the respective rooms). It was very quiet. I appreciated that the fridge was accessible at all times, as well as the coffee machine. The owner/manager greeted us (thought doesn't live on the property), and even helped with our bags to our room.

Like other places we stayed at during our 19 day trip to Italy, we really missed having an english-speaking station to provide us with the day's news. The only non-italian station was one French station during evenings.

Gianfranco was a great host, and had good suggestions on what to see and do. His place is spotless, and we appreaciated his breakfasts. The location was fabulous, very close to the main Piazza and shopping district

We stayed here for one night during our week and a half Italian cruise. Staying here was definitely one of the best decisions of our trip. The apartment is very cozy and homely, the terrace is especially beautiful. We were very happy with the option of breakfast, where you could choose from many things. Special thanks to Gianfranco for the warm welcome, for being able to book at the last minute, for coming to us and helping us with a lot of advice. Definitely the best host in the entire city!

A very comfortable and spacious room with private bathroom in a well-located b&b in the heart of the old town. Pre-arrival communication was good and the host welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The shared kitchen, dining and living area and balcony are very pleasant. A good find!

It was all as expected The approach by car is very complicated through narrow streets. Access by car is available to unload the luggage, then to move the car to public parking - easy access by escalator that connects upper & lower part of the city.

Very homely atmosphere as it is actually one apartment with 4 bedrooms and common living/dining room. It is fine for the group of friends sharing but not really for people who do not know each other.
