I was travelling on business and for me the hotel was absolutely OK. If you are a tourist keep in mind that the hotel is quite far from the city center.

This is a typical business hotel with a big congress center. It's close to the airport and there are plenty of parking places (very important if you are on a business trip and travelling by car). There's also a nice outdoors swimming pool (unfortunately I was not able to try it). The breakfast is very good and the coffee is exceptional!

Is not located in the city (you need a car) but I was aware of that beforehand. Food price in restaurant is rather high.

The elevator waiting time is excessively long. Breakfast quality is disappointing—especially the pastries, which are not fresh. This is particularly surprising and unreasonable for a hotel in Italy. Additionally, the WiFi does not work at all during the night hours.

It's a large hotel with a spacious parking area and generally meets expectations. It's far from the center of Bologna—if you have a car, it's not too far, but don't expect convenient public transportation. I was here for a trade fair and had a car, so it met my needs in that regard.

The staff ultimately are the downfall of this establishment. Rude and incredibly unhelpful. Even when asked about how to catch a taxi or where we could get some food other than the restaurant we were told that they did not know. How is it possible that hotel staff who are local to the area cannot assist with these basic questions. Restaurant hosts and staff also extremely unwelcoming. Was beginning to think this is how italians behave but after experiencing hospitality in Florence and Milan I guess it is just this hotel.

The location was good as we were travelling for business and the location was ultra convenient for us.

Awful reception service...get ready to waste a lot of time there -> 3 men issue 1 invoice for 45 minutes making us stay and wait for them. The total time waiting at reception for payments and invoices was 2 hours... then 25 more minutes to pay for 5 bottles of water from the minibar... I wasn't allowed to pay for all of the rooms on my reservation at once and before everyone was checked in. Service there was so poor and disappointing keeping in mind that this is a congress center/hotel. Soneone should give these staff some good training.

Air conditioning system. I was there for a work event and especially at launch it was simply too hot as if the air conditioning was completely off. Hopefully it was just a bad day and something was not working as usual..

Very nice and elegant structure, rooms are comfortable and of the right size. The place was also very clean.
