Need real coffee mugs & milk. Had to buy our own also there was no fridge which is a shame because it's nice to have cold drinks in fridge Also need blinds to close the room was way to light

The room is quite small and the furniture is old. However, it’s a very good choice and value for money for a one day stay.

Perfect location, only a 5-min walk from the tower of Pisa! The private parking space is a big plus for this hotel! The receptionist was very kind!

Walking the stairway to the third floor in the heat is just short of a workout. Note that there is no fridge. Walls and windows are very thin; you will hear the neighbouring guests and outside traffic. About the cleaning. Stayed two nights and both mornings we were awoken by an entering cleaner, even with the "do not disturb" sign on the locked door. So...you should get up early to see the city.

Hotel is very conveniently located for sight-seeing. Next to the large botanical garden and close (8 min walk) to the Tower square. A lot of shops, restaurants and cafe options are available nearby. Your room will be cleaned every day! After hours check-in was easy with clear instructions. Once in the room, we were welcomed by a pleasant breeze of the fully functional air conditioning. Room was small but sufficient and clean. Bathroom a little outdated but clean. During the first half of the day, reception is present.

It was very noisy at night, the windows seemed to be only single glazed so you could hear everything from outside. Also worth noting that the reception is only open until 1pm most days.

Location was perfect, a 10 minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Very central. The hotel's communication was great, they messaged before arrival and on the day with instructions. Upon arrival they were very helpful. The room itself was basic but clean. There was a vending machine by the reception to get cheap bottles of water and snacks, which was useful in the heat.

The room was in a great location near the train station, leaning tower, river and restaurants. We were sent easy instructions for a self-check in and found the hotel quickly thanks for the detailed instructions. The room was clean and had good air conditioning.

Best location for my needs. Central to everything I did. Room was clean and basic but those were my needs. Good air-conditioning. The owner was exceptional. I was allowed to check in early as room was ready.
