The apartament was very clean and comfortable, it had shampoo and soap, supplies for bathroom, 3 clean towels, air conditiong, TV, coffee, beverages in the fridge, snacks.. all you'd need for a very comfortable stay. The owner, Elena was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. She came on the day of the arrival and explained to us how everything worked. The apartment is situated in a very nice neighbourhood, quiet and safe. You have restaurants, shops and pharmacy really close and it's easy to get to the main areas of Rome.

The location is excellent, and the room was lovely and spacious. Elena, the host, was incredibly kind and always happy to help with anything we needed. If I ever return to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

The WiFi connection was a bit slow.

We had a fantastic stay at CDR Luxury Suites. Our host, Elena de Leva, was incredibly kind and helpful — she reached out before our arrival, welcomed us personally, and shared great tips that made our trip easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was compact but very well equipped and comfortable for the three of us. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, just a 7-minute walk to Piazza del Popolo, 15 minutes to the Vatican, and 10 minutes to Via del Corso. The area is full of great bars, cafés, and restaurants. The metro station is only four blocks away and connects directly to Termini Station, which also links to Fiumicino Airport. The bed was very comfortable, the host was excellent, and the room looked exactly like the photos.

Location of property was great, central enough to walk everywhere. Lots of things nearby shops, cafes restaurants. Easy check in and lovely owner met us to show us how to use all the codes as this is done through your phone. Property had everything we needed for weekend break. Lovely touch prosecco and mini cakes as celebrating a birthday during the stay.

Great location, most main attractions within walking distance, yet the neighbourhood is clean and quiet, many good restaurants and cafes around. Very helpful host, I got all the instructions on self check-in and got into the apartment with no problems. Clean and tidy room, pretty spacious, ideal for your stay in Rome.

Stayed here with a friend and honestly, everything was perfect. The room was super clean, stylish, and comfortable — even better than the photos. The location was great too, close to everything but still quiet at night. Elena was such a lovely host! So kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really felt taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Rome. Highly recommend!

The apartment is fine ...a Hotel room in a converted office block. A Bedroom and bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was hot with an overhead option. Bed linen and towels were changed on day 3 out of 5. The location is perfect ...Prati is close to the Vatican city and 5 min walk to Lepanto metro station. There are lots of nice restaurants within 10 mins walk of the apartment. There are a few supermarkets within 2 mins walk of the apartment also. Elena our host was polite friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area and Rome itself with great restaurant recommendations. She sent a copy of our passports one-day as we forgot them while visiting the Colosseum....thanks again Elena for making our stay seamless and just that bit more special, Grazie 🙏.

Noise is slightly obvious, you can heard people talking at the corridor, if you need the extreme quiet to sleep, then you might need to reconsider. Lastly, the kitchen is actually just microwave and a bigger fridge, stove is not working.

Location is really convenient, a supermarket near by, Vatican in 15 min walking distance, very cozy comfortable chill living area! The host reply your question on time, we can check in at around 11! Very cool way to enter the room, need to use Vicky. web to connect or get a code to open each door to enter your room.

I would’ve like to have known it was a couch bed further in advance. The walls were very thin so it was often times hard to sleep with the constant ruckus. The electronic locks were faulty at times.

Beautiful modern property located about 10 minutes from Vatican City with prime location to all the sites. A beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower and vanity area truly amazing price for the facility.
