The carpet in the room has not been hovered, I have to say that put me off a lot because was quite dirty and the bed quite uncomfortable, needs a replacement

It was very noisy....no soundproof difficult to rest we feel all the noises like we slept in the street. The shower glass was not clean properly, and the towels were smelling bad.

Location is a good size, near the train station and city centre. The cleaners came almost every day, nice and available.

Very small room, you can not completely open the door because of the bed. The noise coming from the bathroom and the hall way. The online access to the room broke down in the second day for us and for another guest.

Perfect location if you wanna stay in the center of Bari. It's right next to the fashion street. Basically everything is nearby.

The building’s blinds are old and they didn’t work quite well, making it not possible to be completely closed; plus, no blackout curtains, so it was quite bright early in the morning.

Great location, right in the middle of the main shopping and restaurant area, and 10 min walking go the old town. Spacious room and nice balcony.

After the payment was done on Booking, we were required to check-in online in order to be given the access code and, in order to check in, we were forced to accept that our personal information is shared with partners, including for marketing purposes. I believe this is not legal in the EU from a GDPR standpoint and it was impossible to talk to anyone at the property before checking in. Also the room is a bit noisy at night due to some electric pumps in the bathroom.

The location is really good, in the heart of Bari and the room was nice.

Basic but probably good value for money. Parking is a bit further from the apartment than expected, took about 13 minutes to walk and didn't feel like the safest area when arriving in the evening.

Close to old town, very easy access thanks to good communication from hosts.

Soundproofing was not great. We were woken up in the morning several times by people exiting their rooms and closing doors. We also had a water pipe that would be quite loud in the morning with the water draining.

The noise coming from the inside of the apartment - the plumbing when people in other rooms (there are 5 rooms in total) use the bathroom and every time someone enters or exits the apartment, the door slams. On both occasions, when you are staying in room 1 (as we did) the noise can wake you up. So far we have never been in accomodation like this, where we "share" apartment with other people. Even though we had our own room with our own bathroom it lacks privacy..

Perfect location! Parking garage is not so far, very easy to use and highly recommended since parking in the streets around the apartment is almost impossible.

It could be very noisy, but not because it's a central location, but because of the windows, no soundproof. It could become very cold during the night as well, lucky we had an AC and another blanket in the wardrobe. :) This must be improved, It could be a big plus for this superb location.

This location is absolutely great! Near to the train station, restaurants, shops and the sea. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well, with everything you can need. We had two balconies and an amazing sunset view. They even change our towels and sheets after 1 night of staying, we didn't ask for it anyway, but we really really appreciate it.

The downside to being centrally located is the noises during the night. The trash bins are at the bottom of the building, and it gets loud when they come to pick it up, or when they clean the streets. Soundproofing could be improved.

The location is very central from the old city and the train station, and shopping. The cleaning was very good. Facilities and toiletries were more than enough , with good quality and perfume. The view with two balconies is beautiful. The staff were helpful by WhatsApp , and booking messagerie. The self check in is very convenient to check in rapidly, and with no keys, but the procedure is long and have to be done a day ahead. The apartment is divided into 6 rooms , and with secured camera.

Location was wrong on map. The keyless locking system was very confusing and directions on app were not helpful. The refrigerator and plumbing were noisy. Street noises from trash trucks and people putting bottles in recycling went on all through the night

It I was one of 5 separate rooms within an apartment area. The main door to the apartment banged shut loudly and heavily. During our one night stay there was quite a lot of disturbance with people coming in late and ringing buzzers, shouting etc.

Location was very good. Shower was good. The company staff were superb. Very helpful - notably Erika.

They confuse and gave me the same room that another person and when i enter they were in the room. No place to leave luggage, you can leave but you need to pay 6 euros per piece. Balcony from an old building looking just in front to an old building . Terrible noise of main door at entrance when entering people
