AC works well in the summer. In a quite residential neighborhood, with a big supermarket a short walk away.

Nothing really. It's not super close to the old town, but about 20 mins walk. There are plenty of buses right outside that can quickly get you into the old town or the train station.

Location was great, a 10-15 minutes walk to city centre. It was easy to pick up keys and then drop as well. Room was clean and well prepared. Thank you for the coffees and croissants. It was a good experiment in Verona at CC133.

Honestly nothing but just two things to mention. Even it says "parking" included, I have been asked to use private parking for 10€ per day. But also with the advise of property owner, I've been redirected to free parking space which wasn't so far away from the property. We were lucky at that time and found a free parking place there right after our arrival -there were only 1 place left-. Thanks once again for advise and redirection. Having 2 children and many luggage, parking place is really make sense. Second thing was from night to morning we had some insect bites on our legs and arms even though room was seeming clean. So I am not blaming property owner but it seems property sometime needs to be cleaned deeply.

Good location if you travel by car, Private parking (extra payment), comfortable bed

Although there is a small coffee machine we were missing simple electric kettle and knife. Door from the room to the shared corridor is not perfect, so you can see light and hear noise from outside when your neighbours are there

The property owner Elizabetta went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and everything was super clean. The bathroom/shower was great. Owner super friendly. We were able to get inside one hour before the check in.

It’s in the 3rd floor without elevator. The walls are very thin, you can hear what the people on the other apartment are doing/talking. It would be very nice if the owner could add to the house some real cups for the coffee/tee

The building is located in a perfect location only 20 minutes walk from the center. you can use your walk to visit other parts of the city. there are markets near as well, parking provided by the host. the room is clean and the equipped with balcony so the evening late and the morning early are the best. the host provided coffee so as start you can have it in the balcony. perfect quality price ratio. due to the fact that the other room is very near, if people come late at night there is a lot of noise, but nevertheless this depends from the people who come in. definitely i will return again to the same property. the host is familiar and communication is her strength.

the sofa cum bed was very uncomfortable. I am using spray to get relief from the pain.

The room was large, Elisabetta is very helpful and promptly answered all our questions.

The shower is rather small

Wonderful experience, excellent stay with. Comfortable room, good bed. Great location, city centre is in a walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

There was nothing to dislike.

Quaint and cosy place. Bus stop was literally in front of the accommodation.

There is no elevator, though that was not much of a problem for us.

Large room and spacious bathroom. Easy check in. And great wifu

No floor towel provided for bathroom which would've been helpful. Also good to know if you have a lot of baggage it us up numerous flights of stairs

The location. the quietness of the neighbourhood. The easy access.

The bathroom, it's impossible to take a bath without flooding the bathroom (really small shower curtains.) Furthermore, the pipes seams to be reviewed since the water takes a long time to drain. Mattress was in bad shape, not allowing a good rest.

The extra bed is not very comfy, but worth for the price.

The apartment is comfortable, the outside is undergoing work, something that was only reported on the day of my arrival, near the apartment there is a supermarket to shop if you want to buy something to make breakfast but there are no plates or cutlery in the apartment There is practically nothing around, a little disappointed, the owner of the apartment is friendly and explains how to get there but it is very far from the center of Verona, more than half an hour walking.

No cutlery or plates if you want to eat at the apartment.
