Nothing really. It's not super close to the old town, but about 20 mins walk. There are plenty of buses right outside that can quickly get you into the old town or the train station.

AC works well in the summer. In a quite residential neighborhood, with a big supermarket a short walk away.

Honestly nothing but just two things to mention. Even it says "parking" included, I have been asked to use private parking for 10€ per day. But also with the advise of property owner, I've been redirected to free parking space which wasn't so far away from the property. We were lucky at that time and found a free parking place there right after our arrival -there were only 1 place left-. Thanks once again for advise and redirection. Having 2 children and many luggage, parking place is really make sense. Second thing was from night to morning we had some insect bites on our legs and arms even though room was seeming clean. So I am not blaming property owner but it seems property sometime needs to be cleaned deeply.

Location was great, a 10-15 minutes walk to city centre. It was easy to pick up keys and then drop as well. Room was clean and well prepared. Thank you for the coffees and croissants. It was a good experiment in Verona at CC133.

Although there is a small coffee machine we were missing simple electric kettle and knife. Door from the room to the shared corridor is not perfect, so you can see light and hear noise from outside when your neighbours are there

It’s in the 3rd floor without elevator. The walls are very thin, you can hear what the people on the other apartment are doing/talking. It would be very nice if the owner could add to the house some real cups for the coffee/tee

The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and everything was super clean. The bathroom/shower was great. Owner super friendly. We were able to get inside one hour before the check in.

the noise due to other people but it depends from the hosts next to your room, apartment.

The building is located in a perfect location only 20 minutes walk from the center. you can use your walk to visit other parts of the city. there are markets near as well, parking provided by the host. the room is clean and the equipped with balcony so the evening late and the morning early are the best. the host provided coffee so as start you can have it in the balcony. perfect quality price ratio. due to the fact that the other room is very near, if people come late at night there is a lot of noise, but nevertheless this depends from the people who come in. definitely i will return again to the same property. the host is familiar and communication is her strength.

Very comfortable bed and a lovely modern bathrom. The coffee machine was really appreciated. The location is about 25 minutes walk along the river to the castle or 25 mins down the main road straight to into the centre(near juliets house). It's lined with cafes and eateries, so no hardship. There's a tasty burger and fancy beer place just across the road too which is handy. .

Great contact with the host who is a very gentle, sympathetic and accommodating person! Uncomplicated process of getting the keys. I arrived too early but they offer luggage storage which was very comfortable. In my room I was very happy about the coffee machine with pads and even snacks and small bottle of water. Good wifi, everything clean and nothing to complain.
