Although it is located outside the city, at night you can hear noise from outside. The breakfast was excellent, but we missed some salad, like tomatoes or similar.

The room is large and spacious, bigger than the other hotels. Friendly and kind staff. Good value for money and stopping between the bigger cities. Big free parking.

The pilows could be more modern, thicker and softer.

The hotel is very clean, specially the toillets, with first class towels. Location is perfect for those who wants to visit many cities in tuscany, as it is located within main roads, easilly accessible. The parking lot is plenty of slots for small or bug cars. In the vicinity several small towns with good restaurants. The breakfast served as early as 6:30 in the morning helps to start touring trips early as well.

We had a car so there was no issue getting to the hotel, but it seemed difficult to reach it with public transportation. And the only restaurant nearby was expensive.

The staff was receptive and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel is in an area with many vineyards, but unfortunately it rained so we could not enjoy it.

We stayed here 2 weeks laster and for a 30% increase in the price for the room, we got a less spacious room.

It's located in the industrial area. There is nothing much one can do there.

It was the 3rd time we stayed here and if it weren't for the very small room, everything would have been fine. The previous 2 times we got a spacious enough room. We had an overnight stay one week prior, and we paid less. This time we paid 25% more and got a less spacious and crowded room.

This is 100% a business hotel in a pretty remote location. We didn't really mind because this was only a stop over between Florence Airport and Elba, but the hotel is surrounded by distribution/expedition centres, and their lorry parking lots. The gorgeous Tuscan landscape was on the other side of the busy road. Unless you were planning for this hotel to be a holiday destination, I wouldn't let it deter me though - everything else was great (and the rooms are very well insulated, not a sound from outside came in).

Cordial and professional staff. We asked for adjacent rooms and got them no problem. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable, not a peep was heard from the corridor eventhough we faced the elevator. Wifi worked great. Breakfast was nice: toast, yoghurt, cheese, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, pastry and cake. The great cappuccinos were made to order.

Nothing!

Despite our late arrival the night porter was there to greet us. Our room was lovely - airy, clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, too . Breakfast the next morning was exceptional! There was so much choice, catering for every taste and need, from scrambled eggs to croissants to yoghurts, seeds and fruit. The hotel was ideally situated for continuing on our journey. The perfect stopover!
