Shower in the bathroom was a bit small. Everything else was perfect.

We loved our room, it's location and the aircon was a god send. The breakfasts were amazing. We loved the lawned area we could chill in by the lake and also that there was a bar service on the lawned area.

Parking can be full sometimes but staff always help to find a solution.

Amazing hotel that is extremely well located in the center of the village were everything is close. The hotel is high standing not an average hotel. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, there's also lots of free sweets in the lobby lol The breakfast is superb and the best we had in Garda.

Great location in the lakefront with great castle views. The hotel was a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in the town. Marco and Emanuele were fantastic hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous, with great service. There was ample free parking on site. We liked the hotel so much we stayed an extra night and upgraded our room.

Restaurant server at the hotel; when asked what he would recommend to have for a dinner - answered “i don’t know, everything is good”. I said I will order one more meal a little bit later, but he never came back.. didn’t like his attitude, so unpleasant and unprofessional.

The room had a strong smell of cleaner or air freshener that took a while to dissipate, but it was fine after we aired it out.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, walkable to all of Malcesince and the gondola to the top of the mountain. The hotel staff were great and the room was clean and had a great view and balcony. The breakfast bar was fantastic.

We loved everything but if there is one item I could change it would be putting a screen door on the sliding door so we could enjoy the lake air without worrying about a fly getting in the room. BUT sitting out on the patio made us forget about having no screen :)

The hotel's advertising does not tell how great the Suite rooms really are. Great views, quite rooms, a breakfast buffet that is fit for for both the health conscience and the glutton. Very friendly staff and located on the edge of old town.

- The minbar in the room includes 2 bottles of water which are NOT complimentary. This was not made clear. It's standard in hotels to offer complimentary water so this was something that didn't sit right with me, and you should consider offering water as complimentary. - My room didn't include any kettle facilities to make tea/coffee, which is also standard in most hotels. Just a suggestion for you to look into to ensure a better experience for customers.

- Property has the best location in Malcesine, right next to the castle. - Breakfast was amazing - you can make your own smoothies with fresh fruit, extensive selection and fresh produce. We were previously staying at the Grand Hotel Terme in Sirmione where the breakfast was somewhat disappointing. I can tell you for sure that the Hotel Castello breakfast is wayyyyyyyyy better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Room was decent. Balcony views were gorgeous. - Staff on check in were absolutely amazing, friendly and ready to answer every question.

Driving to the hotel could be tricky, but the hotel was very helpful in notifying us prior to our trip.
