The pool operating hours - it would have been great to use the pool early in the morning instead of being told that it’s not ready before 10am! The room design is a bit sparse but functional.

Nothing bad to say at all!

Everything was perfect. Very beautiful property mixing old with new, everything was clean and well kept, the grounds and gardens are lovely, staff were super helpful and friendly. The spa is well- equipped and again, very clean. The pool area is fantastic with lots of lounging options within a lovely garden area plus showers, modern changing area and a bar. The restaurant is great, beautiful location outside with a view of the mountains, again with professional and friendly staff and the food was amazing (vegan options were great, ask the waiting staff as not all is on the menu). Breakfast was really nice also with quality vegan options. Overall the facilities were well-designed and a pleasure to use. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, my friend and I loved it.

The staff did not informed/asked us about the dinner (fully booked) on the first night. The location does not offer any other quality restaurant and had to order food from Uber Eats late at night.

The castle is amazing and beautiful. The staff lacked client excellence service.

This place is exceptional! Such a wonderful spa area, such a nice people around and fantastic breakfast! We enjoyed a lot swimming pool outside...everything is so clean and new...it is just been renovated i think. Bed and towels were made and checked 2 times a day!!! So clean, so beautiful, so nice! Territory is super pretty with flowers all around! Great job! We will be back with my family!

The hotel is lovely. It's outside of the main attraction areas but that was fine for us. The pool is brand new and wonderful. The staff were lovely and the food great. The rooms are quite small but for the money I think it was fine and its not really a place you stay in the room a lot. Good aircon!

The rooms hidden in a corner with no real window. The beds were comfortable,and the bathroom good,but the lack of windows was a large down point.

We were informed just a couple of days before our arrival that the pool was closed for reconstruction. When we arrived we noticed that they must have been working on the pool for some time so the original listing should have indicated this. We specifically were looking for accommodations with a pool. Once we were notified we were already in Italy and didn’t want to spend our vacation searching for an alternative.
