The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome with drinks and snacks on arrival. The location is great — just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful lake. Breakfast could be a little better, but we still enjoyed the coffee, juice, and fresh croissants. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The food at breakfast and cutlery on occasion ran out and was not replaced immediately, Just needs abit better organization.

Close to the rather busy road.

Central location in pettenasco, the room offered everything we needed and was very spacious.

The breakfast could be a little bit better, but it's not bad by any means. It's a traditional Italian breakfast with brioche and coffee, there are also fruits as well as gluten free and vegan options.

Exceeded my expectations, the place is wonderful and they have used the space very thoughtfully. There is a bar and we got offered free drinks and aperitivo, additionally they make very nice things to eat and drink. There's ice cream and some quality local products. Several restaurants within walking distance too. The apartments were newly renovated and very clean. I couldn't have asked for more.

Nothing about the property, but the nearby church is quite annoying as bells are ringing every hour (even at 2AM). It must be said that the property provides ear plugs.

The place is cozy, the room is modern and with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and open to accommodate requests (even very late breakfast)

The hotel is located on the Main Street. Conveniently located but maybe more traffic in the high season.

I was disappointed to be fined for turning out of the parking area and accidently missing a red light on a pedestrian crossing.

Extremely warm welcome from Roberto and his team - great breakfast and a good location to explore the local area from. An additional benefit was the opportunity to try a wide variety of local and extended source wines.

Roberto (the owner) made us feel very welcome from the get go. He showed us around the property and to our room. He gave us recommendations for hiking, sightseeing and eating! We were only there a couple of nights but will be returning next year!!

We had a newly built room. Air conditioning and heating available, bathroom was spotless. The room was beautiful, it carries a modern/rustic atmosphere. We had mountain views as well as a balcony to relax on.

Superb location for exploring the areas around lakes Orta & Maggiore. Roberto the host was incredibly welcoming and gave lots of tips for places to see and for restaurants in the area. The bar downstairs was amazing - used by lots of locals, it had a great atmosphere!

Breakfast was nice although not obvious as to what was available. We were offered only coffee and croissants on our first morning whilst other guests had cold meats, cheese, orange juice etc. There was bread and a toaster for guests to help themselves to as well as yoghurts and a small selection of fruit. We both found the bed & pillows to be very firm (memory foam I think), which would appeal to some.
