Not many facilities in all honesty. No tea or coffee in the bedrooms. The bedside lamps didn’t even have bulbs in them. My bed was uncomfortable. It had a big dip in the mattress. Paint/paper was coming off from places in the rooms.

The hotel is in an quite location with metro station 20 minutes away. The staff is friendly and the breakfast ok. Also there is free parking outside the hotel.

Everything. The rooms were certainly not good value for money. They looked more than very tired and mould was in the room so not good for your health. Bathroom has a shower in the bath which was fine but if you wanted a bath there was no plug. On asking for a plug we were told it was not possible as it was Easter Monday and they didn’t have a spare one. Breakfast was terrible hardly anything except a piece of cake. when asking for a taxi they said it wasn’t possible to order one in advance but that they would call one when ready even though we were worried the taxi would be late therefore the possibility of missing our train.

The hotel is in very dirty part of the city.The rooms are old and walls are paper thin. O don't care for the lime scale, but there was only one outlet. Also, out window got stuck open. Also, be aware that in Rome you have to pay additional tax for stay.

The hotel is a bit dated, however this was not a problem. I didn't like the temperature in the room (too hot), with apparent lack of possibility to control it except by opening the window (as the temperature control seemed broken/not working). The breakfast room was very cold. Breakfast was fair, but the quality of coffee/cappuccino needs improvement.

The location was convenient for my needs, the reception staff was kind and quick at check-in and check-out, bed and pillows as well as the room size

The hotel did not meet my expectations. The rooms didn't match the pictures on the page and were extremely outdated. The bed was also extremely small, even though we booked a double bed.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

We booked three nights in this hotel, as of arrival we noticed decaying floor panels, unexplainable stains, AC not in working condition, window is not possible to close, greasy uncleaned light buttons, dirty floor and other issues, totally night and day compared to the Booking.com listing and photos. Hotel is not responding to refund request and is ignoring my messages. I would like to warn anyone that will book here - don't. Staff was not interested in helping, simply said "ahh ok sorry for experience, you can ask Booking to help with money return". We booked another hotel after first night.

Mould on walls and ceilings. Drainage problems in shower and basin. Air conditioning didn’t work. There were leaks from the ceiling on every level including in the restaurant. Outside was filthy with cigarette butts everywhere, broken glass out the front. Our unit had clearly had the door previously kicked in and door and door jamb smashed, the repair looked dodgy. The roads and paths to the place are full of holes and damaged badly enough to make walking with a suitcase difficult. The outside of the building was filthy, every window you looked out was pretty grubby, and some are cracked. They charge 6 euro per person per night tourist tax. Rome makes 120 million annually from this. They don’t seem to spend any in this area.

We had a second booking, which they agreed to change free of charge. I needed to adjust the booking a couple of times, and then a third time. They agreed to all changes, and for the third change,I agreed that it would be the last change. They agreed to this. But just before, the cancelled the change and took our money. It was really quite dishonest.

the room was not very clean, there were bugs crawling on the bed, on the bed linen, on the blanket, on the pillow, at first we thought it was fleas or bedbugs and we were afraid to go to bed, it was not comfortable. in the corridor on the way to the room there were dirty carpets, as if they had some gray stains that had not been washed. in the photographs there was a different room than the one they provided us

The breakfast was very poor: only one salami/cheese, no vegetables. The “dolci” is great, but the salty breakfast…?!

The window was broken and did not close completely, the heating system did not work, the Wi-Fi was very bad, the lamps in the room were all broken except for one, the pillow was very inappropriate, the bathroom was very old and inappropriate.The curtain in the room was very dirty
