Location very nice, good views, really loved the sauna and pool. Breakfast was really tasty and filling. Personnel was also very nice and helpful.

Luckily Veronica double checked with us via WhatsApp if we wanted to book in the restaurant as it was nearly full. Upon texting I had informed about renting a car - she responded that it would be recommended to have a car as it’s not easy accessible. It would’ve been nice it that would be someone stated when booking. Also on Sunday - the day after our arrival we wanted to have lunch and we couldn’t as the restaurant was fully booked so we had no option then to go and drive out to search for lunch. That wasn’t really nice that there wasn’t a place for their guests.. Upon arrival Saturday I had noticed that our bathroom had no space to hang up our wet towels as the hangers were taken off. Noticeable spiderwebs above the shower. Shower and sink blocked by hair. All was mentioned on Sunday morning before breakfast but wasn’t fixed. I loved the place but we felt like they were more focussed on the restaurant and having as many guests as possible than to look out for their guests that had booked a stay.

Our shower was old and the door was hanging off its runner (I understand the bathrooms will be refurbished in November 2025) plus the room was extremely hot and we couldn’t keep the window open as we were above the restaurant patio. Unable to serve a double espresso in anything but a huge mug (which was just surprising for Italy!)

Fabulous views, pool, garden and restaurant area were full of character - it was a pleasure to hang out there. Good simple food. All staff were welcoming and helpful.

The location is gorgeous, at the border of the forest, ideal for a walk on the surrounding hills. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. The swimming pool is lovely but not heated and we didn't dare to go for a swim. We also loved the restaurant with meal created with local ingredients but very original. I had the risotto (Risotto alle castagne, ginepro, coda di manzo e grué di cacao ) and it was delicious! The entire staff from the reception to the waiters at the restaurant have been very nice and friendly.

Bathroom (fixed showerhead), service for such a small hotel was impersonal and not so welcoming (e.g. checkin), also the quality of service varied (e.g. eggs were only offered at the first breakfast).

Delicious, high quality food (dinner and breakfast), well maintained hotel, wonderful location and views, small hotel in a peaceful scenery, modern and clean wellness and pool area to relax.

Air conditioning in the bedroom would be a bonus but it didn’t spoil our stay.

An all round amazing experience, the standard and thought put into everything is amazing! I want to say it’s the food, which was amazing but the whole package exceeded our expectations.

All in all, our stay was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Veronica!). The pool area was wonderful, the breakfast and dinner was amazing.

My friends' room did not have a fan and insects can get in when opening the window. Other than that we only regreted we had to leave so soon.

Absolutely impecable service! From communication before arrival to facilities and views, it exceeded our expectations. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we had the best tiramisu in our entire lives. There is a parking space and we had a fan in our room. Mind that you need to make a reservation for lunch/dinner, but they asked us beforehand if we would like to book a table.

We had a most wonderful stay in October 23 for 3 nights. The staff were amazing. Special mention to Veronica and Roberto. The food is sourced locally and cooked to perfection. The rooms are comfortable, service was great. The dipping pool are was exceptionally clean and sheltered. If you appreciate fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere in a semi rural location then look no further!!
