Incredible location in the middle of so many great sites made for easy walking, finding a taxi to the airport and travel from the train station. Super comfortable and spacious were just an extra bonus!

The sofa bed had a pretty thin mattress and it made a lot of noise when moving. The bathroom has transparent curtains so the people in the building accross can see you at night.

The location of the apartment was amazing, everything was 10-20 min away walking distance so there was no need for public transport. Our host Emiliano was helpful and friendly!

WiFi was too slow to be able to work with it, cant recommend for people traveling and working remote.

The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location. You can visit the vast majority of attractions on foot. We stayed here for 4 nights and managed to visit everything we had planned. There's a café right around the corner where you can have breakfast, and a shop is also about a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation itself has everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities including spices, oil, coffee, etc. It was a bit cooler in the evenings, so we used the air conditioning. We didn't have any problems with the water heater either. There was always enough water for washing dishes and showering for 2 people. Everything was clean and ready to use. We handled check-in and everything necessary via WhatsApp and also appreciated the option of airport transfer. A gentleman was waiting for us at the exit and drove us directly to the accommodation. Absolute satisfaction!

Bathroom is cramped and getting in/out of the shower difficult because the toilet is directly next to the door. Would not recommend for anyone larger or with limited mobility. Some of the parquet flooring is lifting up which could be a trip hazard.

Excellent location a few minutes from Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Customer service was excellent, helping us with check-in and recommendations for food and drinks as well. Room was comfortable and relatively quiet.

The shower run out of hot water after two people . We are not warned beforehand. So another two travellers end up not showered that night because it’s too late . We waited for one hour . The water tank took too long to warm up again . It could be nice if we know early to plan our shower time .

The place is very clean . Other service is very nice , such as airport transportation.

This is one of the cutest apartments I've stayed in and we enjoyed having a private terrace to use. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon with a lot of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The price for the location and size of this apartment was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again when going to Rome!

We had split level with loft bedroom apartment . I would suggest a rail to ensure no one takes a tumble !! You certainly need to concentrate getting up and down !

Fantastic location we walked and explored all Romes historical sites from here ! Clean and well appointed . Super comfortable bed .

The sofabed was quite used and should be changed. The mattress on the gallery was comfy, but the gallery is not high enough to stand and without a handlebar rather dangerous.

The location was perfect - all sightseeing activities in waking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy, very well equipped and clean.

Great location, near the Pantheon with lots of restaurants close by. Fairly easy (1/2 hour) walk to the Vatican and Colosseum, about 15 mins to Trevi Fountain. Penthouse is on top floor, so lots of steps, but lovely and spacious (though no views). Perfect for our 4 day stay.

There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment, which is something that is normal for old buildings in Italy but just keep that in mind. Another thing was that the hot water of the shower rant out quite quickly.

A very nice and clean apartment with everything you could need. The location of the apartment is very central and is very close to the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona, so there are lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The apartment is very modern and comfortable, with a very good washing machine and airco.

the stairs. the building is obviously perfectly aged, without obvious modern conveniences, like elevators. we stayed on the top floor. be sure to request a lower lever for mobility issues. even in our prime, we struggled making it to the top.

Italian charm oozes from every ancient pore. Quiet, centrally located and surprisingly spacious. we stayed one night before boarding our cruise and it was the perfect Italian inspiration to set the tone for our family’s holiday!
