The flat was comfortable and decorated in a rustic Tuscanian style which is nice but seemed old fashioned to us for the bathroom.

The very big and well organised swimming pool with sunchairs and umbrellas enjoying a really nice view. The small garden/terrace for each appartment. The aircon. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The dishwasher has been immediately replaced when it did not work .

Beds were hard. We managed, but could consider getting some new mattresses. We stayed during early-mid May and it was still kind of cold for us at night (used to a tropical climate), since the heating was no longer an option during this time. Using more blankets alleviated the issue though.

The area around the property is absolutely beautiful and well worth it. The apartment we stayed at was fully equipped with everything we needed. There's no issue at all getting to the property. You just follow the instructions that will be sent to you. Basically you want to arrive via Isola d'Arbia, that is, from the south, not from the north (check a map). Just remember to get your groceries beforehand if you're arriving in the evening, since this is rural place. Excellent base to visit Sienna and all the other towns around the area. The pool area was great. It's a rustic, traditional place but quite functional and well maintained. Both the apartment and the property. Staff was nice and polite. I would stay again!

The most beautiful place for a holiday that we could have chosen in Tuscany. The place is ideal for a family, fun for children (indoor and outdoor playground for children) large pool with sun loungers for relaxation. The apartment is spacious and authentically furnished. We stayed six days five nights. Villa and the surroundings are very beautiful and relaxing, the real view is much better than the photos on Booking. Two ponds nearby, frogs sound can be heard at night. From the villa to Asciano, the panorama on the way is fascinating. Fusi Modesto and Coop are nearby for buying ingredients and foods.

Absolutely amazing. The views were the best we had in Tuscany. The facilities and site were perfect, a great pool, great grounds, I can not speak more highly of this place. The rooms and beds were comfortable and large. If I could give a higher ranking then 10 I would. You will not regret staying here.
