Property was very close to Piazza del Campo, restaurants, shops and sites like Siena Duomo. The walled city limits use of cars so we walked everywhere with lots of hills and small alleys and streets throughout. It was nice to have a building with an elevator, which wasn't expected given age of the building. Our room was set back from the street facing interior courtyard and very quiet. The King bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Luca especially. Lobby/lounge/breakfast area was relaxing with music playing. Breakfast was more typical Italian heavier on pastries and light proteins, but coffees and teas were made to order. Was a good location to be based at for our three-day visit.

Beautiful property so central and felt like we were in the heart of the city in such an unusual space. Lucca the host was very helpful and helped us also with sorting parking for our rental car. All very smooth check in and comfortable cool room

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is lovely, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Luca was incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about the city and even helping us find nearby parking. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and would definitely recommend staying here!

A very historic building with lots of charm and a great breakfast. Very nice staff. We had a rental car, but this property, like most places in Siena, had no parking area. So, the staff were very helpful and arranged a valet parking service before we arrived. You probably will need this if you plan to drive and stay in Siena.

It was very hot when we were there and the A/C unit had a hard time cooling the high-ceilinged bedroom I was un.

This apartment group is in a beautiful centuries-old building. The hosts - 2 brothers, if I recall - were exceptionally courteous and made us feel very welcomed. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast, organized and served by the hosts, was excellent. The common areas had a definite historic feel to them while being very updated and comfortable as well. Good location.

Amazing location, beautiful, gorgeous, place. We felt right at home, but in a high end, feeling of a bed and breakfast. Our host hosts, Luca and Gianni were absolutely wonderful. From arranging parking for our car outside of the city walls, to recommendations to great restaurants, including their own, to a wonderful breakfast just for our family.

Beautifully designed historic location only a few meters from piazza del campo, but so quiet and the street not at all touristy. Only 3 individual rooms, very charming boutique hotel. Very spacious rooms with high ceilings, modern stylish bathroom where everything works!!!! A spacious lobby whith a delicious breakfast. Very charming host, giving great recommendations.

The property is beautifully presented. The room was big and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spot on. The place is modern but also embraces the old style of the property itself. Breakfast was great and the staff were ever so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful large space with classy decor, located a few steps away from Piazza del campo. Bed was comfortable and shower has great pressure. Plenty of food choice for breakfast as well, and hosts were very prompt and responsive with any assistance required. There’s an elevator in building which makes it easier with luggage in tow, valet service was also well organised.
