Ms. Patrizia is wonderful! She is very kind, welcoming, and well-organized. Her B&B has a special charm, and we really enjoyed our stay. I especially loved the fresh figs from her garden. Thank you, Ms. Patrizia, we hope to visit again soon

Casapatrizia was a very kind and friendly woman. She tried to give us detailed information about the accommodation and the Sirmione trip, and I could see that she was very willing to prepare a hearty breakfast for us. It was also nice that we could park in a part of the garden of the house! I would like to visit again. Next time, it would be better if the lights in the room were a little brighter. Nothing, everything was really good.

Patricia was the nicest host, giving us a lot of tips on how to navigate without a car, where to go, restaurant places etc. The room was extremely clean and had everything one would need for a vacation. Breakfast was also nice, with croissants, eggs, tomatoes and fresh fruits. Bed was super comfortable Location is also good for people that do not have a car, as there is a bus stop only 3 minutes away from the house. Nevertheless, the bus is not very reliable and it comes only once per hour.

Everything was perfect about the property, Partrizia was so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble! we had an excellent breakfast every morning and she shared lots of exciting ideas of places to visit and recommended places to eat nearby . Patricia made our weeks holiday one of the best we’ve ever had ! A lovely kind lady .

Patrizia is an excellent host. She explained the points of interest very well. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The beach only 3 minute walk. Breakfast was very good and well prepared. Parking for our car was inside the residence. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend Casa Patrizia B&B if you are visiting Sirmione or anywhere in the South of Lake Garda.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We were provided with everything we needed, including delicious breakfast. The house is very conveniently located - close to Lake Garda and the main attractions of Sirmione. Private parking is a great advantage of this house. Patrizia is a very hospitable, friendly and sociable person.

The B&B iss located in a very accesible area, if you like to walk, is 20min away from the city and 3min away from the lake and Promenade where you can take a walk of course. Very good breakfast, you can speak with Patrizia what you prefer to eat and it will be solved. She will help you with good tips for your staying because you need a car to visit or a bicycle if you want to stay local. There is a private parking at the BB in the back. Thumbs up for Patrizia, she is very nice and helpful with everything!

Patrizia is very caring and kind. The room was cozy and tidy. Amazing breakfast in the garden. Possibility to rent bicycles and ride to the city center. The beach is just around the corner. Patrizia advises what to visit and how is better to plan your day. Thank you Patricia for your hospitality.

Patrizia was auch a fabulous hostess! She was so warm and welcoming and catered to our every need! She customised breakfast to our choices and made plans for us in the day to maximise our time. She lent us her bikes and this allowed us to explore further- the highlight of our trip! I’d recommend her BnB to everyone, we’ll be back!

Patrizia was such a fabulous host: gave us superb recommendations of what to do in the area. Her breakfasts are great, and the location is spectacular, just a short stroll from the edge of the lake. We borrowed bikes to ride to Sirmione, and our stay was just delightful.

Beautiful home with an even better host! Breakfast each morning was delicious, the lake was a very short walk away with a nice grassy area to lay out and we borrowed bikes to explore Sirmione and the stunning Jamaica beach. One of the best places we stayed in Italy!! Cannot recommend enough

Patricia was the most gracious host one could wish for, nothing was too much trouble. the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. it is 2 minutes walk from a lovely restaurant. the lake is a 5 min walk where there is a good cafe, and lots of sunbathing or trees for shade. i would thoroughly recommend casa Patrizia to anyone.
