What an amazing property right in the center of the old town. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for our family of 6 adults, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The location was welcoming and very close to parking. Enjoyed the snacks and coffee included in the modern kitchen. We appreciated the excellent service by Antonio. He was great at communicating and providing helpful tips before and during our stay. We could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend!

It was perfect, there was nothing we disliked or could fault. If anything, there was a lot of noise coming from the restaurant next door due to its entertainment (ie singers and music till midnight but then also party-goers till around 2am) but this is not the fault of the accomodation. Im a very light sleeper but I used foam ear plugs and this solved the problem entirely.

The apartment is spacious and in a fabulous location in close proximity and walking distance to all areas of Palermo. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms was ideal for a family of 5 adults. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The extra touches of pre-packaged breakfast cakes was so very appreciated. As a host, Antonio was amazing and the best host ever experienced in holiday rentals. Assisted us with parking and took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the accommodation and provided recommendations on restaurants etc. Antonio also assisted in purchasing the ZTL city pass on our behalf (which we reimbursed him for) which is required to enter and exit the city by car.

We had a person who uses a wheelchair and the elevator is quite small, even with a foldable one.

We are very grateful for all the attentions and details, including the very warm welcome from Antonio and his family! From the moment we arrived, he was very available and easy to communicate with if we had any concerns or questions. They eagerly helped us to arrange transportation for our group of six to visit Mondello with a very kind and friendly van driver, Marianna. We were also able to book her to drive us to the train station on our last day in Palermo. The apartment itself was very comfortable for our party of six people. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped for at least breakfast, with a great coffee machine which made our mornings much better! We found it perfect for making breakfast every day. We truly appreciated the courtesy of them providing espresso capsules and some small plum cakes. The apartment location was ideal, in the middle of everything. Even so, it was quite calm. The air conditioning in the apartment was excellent!

The property is located in the heart of Palermo. The rooms are all a good size with comfortable beds and nice ensuites. The living area is great. It was nice and clean. The host, Antonio, is so nice and very helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything. Apartment was immaculate with all mod cons, location was super and Antonio is a wonderful host. His communication was clear, he was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us all the info we needed about the apartment. A big plus, that was very considerate is that each bedroom has its own set of keys. I cannot recommend the apartment highly enough. In addition, it was great value. We were a party of 6: 2 couples, 2 singles and we stayed 4 nights.

The location and the rooms are really amazing. Host was amazing, extremely helpful and provided some basic element to make the stay extra welcoming. (Coffee, Brioche buns, water, etc...) I would definitely recommend this places for short or longer stays. Beds were comfortable as well.

the style of the apartment classy & modern features & best shower & sooo clean and homely . location was the best next to everything & the host was great was welcoming & touched base with us thru stay to see if we ok or needed anything & organised a wheel chair for our arrival for my elderley mother making our stay even more easier went above & beyond . Antonio was the best host i have had at any apartment . i would recommend it to anyone & i am very picky with accommodation… great peoperty
