You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SingaporeWe were looking for a few days of full rest and relaxation, and we found that and more here. The thing that attracted us most were the views and they really did not disappoint ever. What we were very appreciative was how utterly charming a little pedestrian-only village of Belvio was. Be ready for LOTS of stairs, but very worth it to stay here to be tucked into it's charm. Absolute silence at night. The apartment was beautifully and recently renovated, everything was in top working order and very clean and proper. There was a full working kitchen and equipment with all you need to make tasty meals for two. There were a few provisions provided such as coffee, tea, oil etc, and the corner market shop about 24 minutes walk away on the main road had everything we needed to eat for our 5-day stay.

United KingdomThe host can’t control this but at the time of my staying (July 2025) there were noisy building renovations happening a few 100 meters away from the apartment. I stayed Mon-Fri so I don’t know if they work on the weekend but they were working 8-4pm. It was fine on the days I was out of the apartment sightseeing, just not great when I wanted to be in the apartment during the day. Due to the remote location I think this apartment is best for people who can drive. There are buses that are unpredictable and I had several challenges getting about. On one occasion I waited for a bus for 45 mins only to find the bus was full and had to wait another 35 minutes for the next one. I spent a lot of money on taxis due to this.
Beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was well cared for and had all the equipment I needed. Alessia was a lovely host, I found myself completely lost finding the property on arrival and she patiently guided me via video call. She also agreed to a later check out as I had a very late flight home.

AustraliaThere are only sheer curtains in the bedroom. While it didnt worry us, the property is on a hill so you need to carry luggage up a few flights of steps.
Lovely terrace home a short ride from Como. Alessia is an amazing host - listen to her advice to get a taxi from Como if you're arriving by train as buses are unreliable.
