Car park is small so just be cautious if you have a larger than average car. It easily fit our Kia Sportage Estate for reference.

Beautiful location, ran by a lovely couple who kept the hotel clean and cozy. Located within walking distance to multiple tasty and well priced restaurants. Lucca was a short drive away and well worth the visit. We had rain on one of the nights and made use of the many games available for guests in the lobby. On the following sunnier morning we made the most of the pool. The breakfast was delightful! You choose which type of pastry you would like to accompany the buffet ahead of breakfast, and can smell them being made on site the night before. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting in the area, and would happily go back.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, which is included in the price of accommodation, you have a choice of fruit, home made sweet cakes, croissants, yogurt, etc. If you want cold cuts and cheese platter or salty snack you have to pay extra for it. We did not use the pool, which is very clean and beautiful, because we were away all day, and after 8 p.m. it should not be used. The house is in a quiet and peaceful area, so it is ideal for those who want to rest.

I found my paradise on earth - close to the cities, yet quiet and secluded location. Tuscan villa from the dreams offers everything you need to rest and enjoy good company - beautiful rooms with bathrooms, common spaces like lounge, outdoor kitchen and dining area, magnificent swimming pool. The owners creat an atmosphere where you really feel invited, taken care of and relaxed.

The staff were hands off which wasn't too bad, but did only communicate through the booking app and not very present around the house. We were locked out one night and had to disturb their family dinner to help us. The lock to the front door is infuriating difficult to open. Our host explained how to open it on the first night and we couldn't, we simply didn't have the strength. By the second night we realised we needed the strength of two of us (fit grown adults in 30s) to open it. As a result , we believe this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, disabilities or elderly/ frail/ dependent guests. We felt this is unnecessary and simply fixable. It caused us stress. Why tell guests about the difficult door instead of just fixing the door and not have your guests strain themselves trying to enter their accommodation.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pressure on the shower was very poor if using when other rooms are showering too (but how are you to know this?!) At some points the shower simply stopped working and would resume again, boiling hot or freezing. We found having showers late at night were successful. The breakfast is quite good - a standard breakfast you get in every where in Italy. The terrace is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax At night with a glass of local wine. A local restaurant, Nonnas, was the best restaurant we ate in all vacation and only a 15 minutes walk from the accommodation so we could both enjoy a wine without driving. I definitely recommend eating here on your stay.

Keep in mind when booking this place that you are not allowed to consume any food or drinks in your room. But that is stated in the discription when you book, but for us that's the only downside. But again we knew this and still had a wonderful time here. Nice common area where we sat and enjoyed our own drinks.

what did you not like? strange booking hours Standard checkin from 18:00 to 21:00 ( 6pm to 9pm ) A surchage applies for luggage storage and arrivals before/after check-in hours as follow: -25 € from 2 pm to 5.30 pm and after 9.30 pm. -75 € before 12 pm (morning) you have to be careful about that I think when you come in too late a minute he will receive information that you have to pay EUR 75 and attention to everyone I got information that I have to pay extra 25 euro that I did not take my things into the trash everything was neatly packed in the bag and placed next to the garbage can watch out for everything lest you be surprised that you will get information about a surcharge for something you were aware of

typically Italian breakfast a croissant jam a cake from the store water juices etc. don't expect any revelation all at a low cost
