Very central, good price, very quiet

Small shower (but very powerful)

Excellent location, well placed for Verona Arena. Good price, comfortable and a good size room

The room is very comfortable. A perfect place if you are going to an opera at La Scala. There is a coffee machine and everything you need if you have bought a bottle of wine in the evening 😉

Just if you need to wash your hair, there was just one small shampoo

Great location. But unfortunately, it was pretty difficult to find parking in that area.

Lovely central location. Clear instructions for entry to property. Giulia very helpful with transport questions. Liked having a kettle and access to tea/coffee in the communal area. Spacious room with lovely high ceilings and a comfy bed.

Bathroom was tiny but not a problem for 2 nights

Location, location, location. 5 minute walk to the Arena. Had character. Great communication from the host.

Complementary body wash sachet not quite sufficient. Decor a little tired.

The room was stunnng - so big and airy. Fantastic location- close enough to the arena that when you didn’t realise there’s a dress code your partner has time to nip back and change. Also in Centro Attico so great for seeing the sights. Kettle was good for making the morning cuppa. Slept v well.

Check in is impossible. Costed me 6 hours over 3 days because the owner did not stick to the conditions on booking. On top they write you that your stay is NOT confirmed, while it clearly stays confirmed on booking and start threatening they'd cancel if you don't do a bank transfer immediately...obviously to some name which is not the name of the structure...and besides, as if the money from an international bank transfer would arrive within 1 day on their account.... Got in only through the help of booking help desk

Brilliant location

The key missing on arrival, resolved but limited our time as we had nowhere to store our luggage, so forced into a couple of lovely bars for aperol spritz!

Great location easy to walk everywhere. Perfect for a one night stay.

Bathroom could be updated and arrival/check in could be smoother. Another couple were staying and removed the key from the lock box so we had to knock as they were unaware they were sharing the apartment luckily they were still in the apartment and could let us in.

Great location, beautiful room, easy check in and easy to get to by public transport. Great shower and water pressure.

The accommodation was non responsive. We messaged multiple times with no reply which was very disappointing.

Good location right in the heart of the historic district.

Struggled initially to get in and no answer from any messages or phone calls to the owner. No WiFi information. Room was quiet noisy with road traffic.

It smells in our room like somebody was smoking there before us, hair in the bathtube, missing soap in the bathroom

Very unhelpful host. Instructions to access are terrible- complicated and really not correct. Texted host- didn’t help- resident had to help me get in. Very upsetting at end of difficult travel day. Then no WiFi iinstructions ( network or password- NOTHING written or provided. Texted again to ask - no response. Inexcusable rude host. I wouldn’t even mention the tiny packet of liquid soap/ shampoo everything as the only thing provided, but just shows how inadequate this place is. I would never recommend this place when so many others my friends stayed in that were better for same price

Nice location, easy to find my way around. Nice classical Italian apartment, where I had a room that had a bathroom included.

Windows were not super isolated, the bed was pretty old and noisy at times. WiFi was missing, and I asked 2 times about it on booking.com, and I did not get any message back.

Location is 5*, it was easy to follow instructions and get into the apartment. Breakfast drinks were offered for every room, it also had a kettle. Appreciated that.

Room was cold in winter Time. They wrote we have a private bathroom which was eventually shared with other 2 rooms and some guests left it super dirty (toilets full on dirty, hair literally everywhere in the bathroom). There is a "private" sign on the bathroom door, but it's a shared bathroom! Eventually the room was stinky, old smokey smell despite the no smoking sign.

We liked the location

The bathroom that is divided from the room by a sliding door with no ventilation, the shower that didn't drain correctly and the fact that it wasn't clear if and how much we had to pay for any items related to breakfast

Location was perfect, right beside lots of the attractions such as Arco dei Gravi and the Old Castle and minutes from the central squares and the Arena. Room was spacious, full of character with old furniture and very clean. Good value for money. Although on a busy road we slept very well. Bed was large and very comfortable. Small balcony if you want to have breakfast outdoors.

Key was a bit tricky for Romeo room. Took a few goes to see that it only goes half way in to turn. We were in the room that was not ensuite but with a private bathroom which was fine but could mean you meet people having breakfast. Didn't happen for us. Could have left more than one coffee per person per day. Not really breakfast, just pre packed cakes and crackers.

Great value

The fact that they announced I had a PRIVATE bathroom and it turned out to be an outside bathroom with a signed that said private! The property didn’t even had a sink to rinse anything! So I can only assumed the other guests used MY PRIVATE bathroom to rinse their cups, glasses, etc
