Cleaning is not done on daily basis, just when someone was checking out. No toilet paper... you must buy your own.

Location is ok if you want to be near the train station and far from the historic center. There's a lot of supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. So that's a plus. The house is in good condition and my room was pretty chill. With a nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table.

the room and bathroom had an odd smell, most likely sewage but something to be mindful of. some hiccups with communication, took a few minutes to get a response when outside the building to check in and confusion over ID documents. all fine in the end but just to be aware of.

the property was comfortable, the bed was comfortable and although basic the room had all you would need. shared bathroom was kept clean and was accessible. clean kitchen with all tools needed to make meals if you didn’t want to eat out which is a good bonus, nice communal areas to sit and relax. location was good, 10 min walk from Bari Centrale.

The shared bathroom wasn't clean at all, we were there 4 days, I asked for cleaning or leaving some equipment to clean but the owner wrote to me that it is not a hotel- RUDE. The rubbish bin in the kitchen was full and was not emptied

Everything was great- the clean room, comfy bed, location, one bathroom for 3 rooms and the equipped kitchen. Close to the train station and bus stop to Arbelobello. Two big supermarkets in the 10min distance. Quick check in , keys in the box, easy to access. Good wifi.

There was building work I. The flat below me rhat started at 7:30! I fed this back and things got a little quieter but not what you'd expect. Also the cleanliness of the bathroom and availability is completely out of tour control!

In hind sight, we would book accommodation for sole use. Sharing was not for us, as the other guests sat up until 2am talking loudly in the livingroom when we wanted to go to sleep. The other guests did not clean up after they had used the kitchen, and rubbish/food waste was falling out of the bin on to the floor.....seafood shells etc. Poor TV reception...

The bedroom accommodation was exceptionally clean and spacious. The location was perfect for the old town , train station and some very nice places to eat, visit etc. It was a nice, safe area to stay and the facilities were good.

the shared bathroom was supposed to be cleaned everyday but it was not. there was mold at the ceiling and the sink was clocked. the other guests did not leave the bathroom clean behind.

First was the check-in process: as Maria Cristina switched the conversation to WhatsApp, she send me a code for the key locker and said to announce her when we arrive to remotely open the main door for us. Even if I pre-announced our arrival time (which was 9pm), when I wrote her that we are there she didn't reply, I called her and didn't pick the phone...we waited out in the rain for more than 15 minutes until a neighbour got out the building. But the worse part was in the last day, when we came back to our room I noticed that all my cosmetics (including a Foreo luna 3 device) that we left in the bathroom were gone, a tiramisu from the fridge disappeared. I wrote her about this and she didn't reply even if she read the message and she knew that the next early morning we were leaving. She replied the next day that the housekeeping lady took them as she tought that were from the people before us and we can go to pick them from their office (some of the stuff, nothing about tiramisu :D ). She tried to explain that we used the wrong bathroom (even if the bathroom key she gave fitted to the one we used) and there were not clear data about the setup (there are 4 rooms and two bathrooms). As I was already out of Italy I had no way to pick them up... so a bitter taste and loss in my budget. So, keep safe your belongings! Later update: They were responsive when I arranged a pickup for some of the lost belongings.

The shared bathroom between 6-7 people at the same time is not feasible at all because we couldn't really use it at the time of need/emergency, as it was occupied by others. Unchanged towels for our entire stay and the tiny TV set. A lot of keys to deal with in order to gain entry to the room. The loud neighbour that never stopped yelling.

The location was the highlight of it. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The room size quite ok. A coffee making machine, a kettle and cups are provided. There were also pots, plates and cutlery in case one wants to prepare food.

following the directions (which seemed like a mission the CIA might describe) finally getting to the front door using WhatsApp to follow the directions just to get into the building . Getting the key out of the lock box, in a darkened hallway , which was stifling hot being given the wrong code to open the box (no apology given) was an ordeal . everything is color coded, the keys, the door, your shelf in the refrigerator, no human is ever seen . The room was very white with glaring overhead lights and very sterile looking. There is nothing Cosy about this place and it was our most expensive accommodation in the month we were in Italy. no effort to make it a memorable stay.

Bathroom was dirty. They didn't change the towels, floor was very dirty and it was very obvious it was not cleaned after previous guests. The price is too high for those conditions.

They were not accommodating at all. Air conditioner was not working and they called a technician who said that it needed to be replaced. we complained to the manager to get the A/C fixed and they told us that it was the owner who would make the decision on when to replace the unit. They stated that they could move us on our last day but we would need to pay an additional $80 euros. They didn't want to accommodate to put us in a room with air conditioning which worked and they left us where it was hot for the time there. The one day my son said the room went to 26 C - hot room and bad experience.

There is one shared bathroom for 3 rooms - up to 8 guests or so. The cleaner does not come everyday unless someone checks out. The toilet seat is broken and moves badly when you sit on it. When the cleaner does come - NO toilet paper is left. You get a roll in your room. For me, that small roll was meant to last 3 days. The worst thing is, the manager does not care about travellers needs. I requested to drop my large suitcase at 12, when check in was 3. He said the room wasn’t ready, despite my requests. When I arrived at the property, there is a large communal area that with a locked suitcase, would have been fine to leave my bag. The staff, that I never saw, just weren’t interested in being accomodating.

The room was clean and my A/c worked, which is essential during summer, but other rooms weren’t so lucky.

Everything was very dirty, both the private room and the shared bathroom. In the room, it looked like only the sheets had been changed, because the rest of the room was dirty, with sneaker marks on the floor, etc. The bathroom was truly disgusting. I understand that it's shared, and this also depends on the other guests, but it was noticeable that the owners hadn't cleaned it in weeks, because of how dirty it was. I've been in hostels where the bathroom was much better. Furthermore, the shared washing machine ruined one of my t-shirts; I don't recommend using it either. I don't recommend this place. It's better to pay a little more for a better and cleaner place, or go to a hostel for the same price or even less.
