Said cafe was a little noisy the night we were there, but that wasn’t the owner’s fault!!

Lovely self-contained bedroom (with splendid four poster bed) and separate bathroom, with a little balcony and gorgeous communal lounge area with refreshments. Half way between the train station and centre of town. Efficient and responsive host who let us in a by early as we were waiting for check-in at the cafe next door

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT EXCEPT THE OWER WANTED TO CHARGE US 15EURO FOR CHECKING IN AT 8PM - HE SAID THE LATEST CHECK IN WAS 7PM. HOWEVER WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT NOWHERE IN THE BOOKING DETAILS MENTIONED THIS EXTRA CHARGE HE BACKED DOWN. I THINK 8PM IS A REASONABLE TIME TO CHECK IN AT MOST PLACES SO FOUND THIS BEHAVIOUR/EXTRA FEE VERY "PECULIAR"....

Cannot think of anything we didn’t like.

The room was exceptionally clean and very beautiful. Service was very friendly and forthcoming and downright surprising - the room was cleaned and towels changed, even though we only at stayed for two nights. The towels were spotlessly white and clean. Very nice attention to detail. Close to the arena and the center, so very easy getting around on foot.

It had everything I needed.

The location of the property is perfect for visiting Verona and using it as a base to see other destinations. I felt very safe and the bedroom and lounge area had all the amenities I needed to make my stay wonderful. It is easy to access and there is a lift to reach the apartment too. The apartment by I stayed in was Elisa.

The noise from the bar below was a bit loud at night times but it didn’t go on too late and we were so tired from exploring that we slept through it anyway.

Location is excellent - 10 min walk to the train station and 5 mins to the arena. Room was lovely, balcony was a nice added extra. Bed was comfy. Lobby area was really nice.

Highly recommended, Very clean, great hospitality and perfect location. the moment we checked in the owner gave us a map of the city and explained where we can find all the attractions we wanted also his private phone number in case we need anything… felt like home and really comfortable 10/10 they also offer free wifi,coffee, tea. They also have a balcony as a smoking area “not every property do which is a plus for smokers” Great for couples, families and even small groups. Worth every penny and definitely will visit again

It smelled of perfumed dryer sheets and detergents or something. We had to air it out for a couple hours. Decorating is bad.

Unfortunately we found the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. However, aside from this personal preference, the stay was lovely!

The room was lovely - very little noise and light even though it’s on a major street! Staff were friendly and gave an excellent outline of the area. A very nice place for an overnight stay!

Everything!!! Rooms, facilities, check-in, location - everything is exceptional. The tea and coffee bar and seating space in a “lounge” area felt very luxurious. Our host who checked us in was super friendly, helpful and gave us the most wonderful itinerary to do in our 1 day we were there. Our train left at 2:30pm, but we could leave our luggage inside the apartment while we sightseed all morning. Loved this place so much.

A little fixing of the closet door.

Best location. It’s walkable from the train station or you can take a short bus ride. It’s walkable to the attractions. Best experience was walking to the attractions at night.

There is a bar below the rooms that plays music till late. Didn’t affect us too much as we didn’t get in from opera until midnight and were exhausted but you can still hear it in the room.

Perfect location for going the opera and decent value for money.
