Villapizzone is a nothing place, with little to recommend it beyond being readily accessible to central Milan

There’s only 1 fan and it does not work really well, the room is not really airy and ventilated.

Host friendliness and helpfulness. Location near the tram and restaurants. The building and the view outside gives a true local vibe, which is very interesting for a tourist.

The property was quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness and overall upkeep. Upon arrival, it was untidy, with visible stains throughout the apartment. The bedsheet was worn, and no pillow covers were provided, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The space felt neglected and failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness. We decided to leave after just one night. I would strongly recommend spending a bit more for a cleaner and more reliable hotel. Edit - The house owner claim of me being a private agent is misleading. I’m sharing my experience so future guests can be aware—don’t be lured by the low price. Spending just €10–20 more can get you a far cleaner and more reliable place. The story the host shared about their family and needing to wash clothes is completely fake and no truth :D. Just imagine how far the owner is willing to go to mislead guests—it's unsettling and should be a serious warning for anyone considering staying here.

The property was right in center of city . The guy was there in apartment to help when required.

The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. In the room we also found a fan which was essential to survive Milan’s hot weather.

The host was very kind. You really feel the effort he puts into making his guests feel welcomed. The location is a little far from the center but right on the metro line and next to some very cute local shops. Great value for money!

The host was remarkable. Assisted on everything, explained everything clearly. A lot of instructions inside apartment. This definitely the place you will not forget. Interesting design ideas all over the place.

The only aspect that could be improved is the addition of a heater in the bathroom. During winter, the bathroom gets very cold after a shower due to the lack of heating. Other than that, everything was great!

Comfortable room, highly recommend! The host was very welcoming, polite, and helped us with everything we needed. They also maintained quick and efficient communication.

Well it’s actually very sad cause guest is very kind, but the conditions of the room and the bathroom were terrible, it seems sheets and blankets are never changed, also you can see dust, dirt and spider weeps on the ceilings, the bathroom is incredibly cold, almost imposible to take a shower without catching a flu despite there is hot water, it also looks very unsanitary, I would only recommend if it’s your last resource.

The room was dirty in general with few ventilation, and humid, The bathroom is shared with the host But what really disgusted me, were the beds; the blankets, pillows and beds sheets were filthy and sweaty, it seemed they hadn't been washed in a while. I was too uncomfortable I had to checkout and look for st else

Defective showerhead

We were just passing through and needed somewhere to sleep. The landlord was very friendly and flexible. The place had plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a fan in the room so it wasn’t too hot. The bathroom was of a good standard and we had no problems. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was satisfactory and taking the tram from there to Milan centre is incredibly easy and accessible.
