No breakfast and Wifi in my original room was not working

I booked a room with a "queen bed", but it had 2 small beds stuck up together, but the mattresses were okay I guess. No fridge in the room. The AC unit (or I should say ventilatiom system) had visible dusty filters and it was noisy at night (even with the AC off).

It was clean. The AC was nice and cool. Close to the park.

The washroom was not good, the shower was without glass and during shower all the water comes out on the floor there was a small curtain but it was enough to stop the water.

The bed makes so much noise when you turn in it so you'll wake yourself up and your partner. 🤣 It's kind of outside of the city center and honestly if I wasn't with my husband I absolutely wouldn't feel safe walking back alone around 10 p.m. or in the evening generally. There was not one Italian person in sight, let alone a woman. Just men sitting in groups on walls along the streets. So if you're a solo female traveler just something to pay attention to.

The lady at the reception was so nice and helpful. She really explained everything to us. The place was clean. Value for money. We had everything we needed. And they let us leave the car at the parking a few hours after check out. It's a great place if you're coming here as a family or a group.

My husband wasn't very happy with the matress and pillow. There was no fridge.

Very basic, you get a bed and toilet and bathroom. No refrigerator in the rrom. In the middle of our sleep the lamp from the help button was flashing so strong i was awaken by it and could not stop it. Even if i read the instructions how to cancel it. There was a big stain on the white cover and it is disgusting. I hope it was just stain from coffee and not body fluids.

The receptionist was very accommodating and nice. Ready with a smile.

The day I left, I was rushed out of my room at 2 minutes past the check out time (I checked because I was surprised). Three ladies were congregated outside my door. I didn't know if there was a confusion or something but I don't think this was necessary.

The staff is very kind, room was clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet, so I had a great rest. Parking is private, free and safe. Train station is very near, I used it to make a one day visit to Venice. City centre is 2km away or 15-20min walk, but there are also trams and buses around.

The shower cover does not cover properly when under the shower this make water to be dropping out you have to put towel on the floor to protect the water from going out of the toilet, apart from that everything was good 👍

The hotel is located on the site of a former hospital. The rooms are clean and minimalistic. I really liked the staff. The only thing is the location is in a migrant area, but very close to the station. I had no incidents, we walked to the hotel in the evening without incidents. So I really liked the stay, we went from the station to Venice and Verona, everything was convenient.

Check in starts at 16.00, check out no later than 10.00. You don't need 6 hours to fix a room. I'd definitely suggest you to make it at least 15.00 check in and 11.00 check out. Just put yourself in a traveller shoes.

Overall very good. But please change the check in and out time, very inconvenient.

the place is not very close to the train station but it is still within walking distance. there is no shelter, along the way and it may be dark at night. the streets look quiet. the check in counter is not 24/7, so beware of the check in time.

the room is spacious and clean, staff is friendly. there is no hair dryer in the room but you can request for it at the counter.
