I was very happy there, can't think of anything I didn't like.

Giovanni, a real gentlemen, friendly warm and very helpfull. The place absolutely fantastic, 2 bedrooms and lounge are spacious and clean, all you need is there even emergency spaghetti and tomatoes if you want to cook. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops and of course gelaterias in the street. Walking distance to the coliseum where you can catch the hop off hop on bus. Public transport practically 5 mins away from apartment.. Lots of information of rome in brochures, maps and dvd's available in many languages to get in to the exlorer mood. Next time I go to roome I am definitely book with Giovanni again. The perfect host. I can highly recommend this place. For location, cleanliness comfort and reasonably priced. Thanks Giovanni for a great time. I give you 5 gold stars, AAA+++ and highly recomend this place.

Nothing… apart from quite a few flights of stairs… but that’s the absolute worst I can think of!

A great apartment 10min walk from the Metro. Uncle Gionni was there to greet us, showed us around and even fixed the boiler that decided to be a bit temperamental. The property was clean, homely and comfortable and whilst not decked out super modern, it was interesting, had all the things you needed and none of the stuff you don’t. Plenty of books and guides available, even an umbrella should it start raining!

The overall experience was great! Gionni had a lot of neat itinerary booklets prepared for his guests and a lot (really a lot) of Rome-related movies and documentaries on DVDs. We were able to leave luggage with him after the check-out on our last day.

It was superb. Mr Joseph is a wonderful warm person who cares about the comfort of his guests. The flat was very clean, well maintained, the location was great - almost in the centre. Beds comfortable, kitchen superbly equipped. Flat to recommend

The apartment had everything you needed and was very cozy, great location. Very responsive and hospitable host, there were even recommendations for sightseeing places with descriptions in Latvian! The draining is not working properly in the shower room in the bathroom. So when we took showers, the water didn't go down very fast and our feet were sinking in the sop water during the shower, not a nice feeling.

Giuseppe is a very nice host 😊 The apartment is very spacious and clean. The two bedrooms are comfortable to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped with basic needs. The living room is a nice place for chilling or entertainment at night: books, DVDs, board games etc. The location is close to Colosseum, in a quite district.

Everything. Giuseppe was an amazing host! Everything was to such a high standard. A beautiful Roman apartment. It made us feel like locals for the weekend. Could not be happier with the experience. Have recommended to friends and will 100 percent be coming back.

laundry machine not worked well

everything perfect. There was our name on the list, on the entry phone. The host offered us spaghetti when we came. ll leaflts, a CDs with guides on Romes and history of Rome was made available in our mothertongue language.

Great welcome from Guiseppe - such a friendly man who is so enthusiastic about his City - he provided lots of material about the different areas Location suited us - 10 mins from St Giovanni metro (and the Basilica) and 15 mins from the Colosseum. Nice area just off Via Gallia which has lots of shops. Good restaurants nearby Very comfortable and spacious appartment - a few flights of stairs Will hopefully return

Location excellent. 10 minute walk from the A metro (also close to metro B but did not use this). Very friendlý host with endless guides abd information. We arrrived after 9:30pm and this was fine, he even offered us a home cooked meal. The host lives in the adjacent apartment on the sane floor of the building. The area is nice with msny shops, bars and restaurants - non-threatening which was good as travelled with my children aged 11 and 13.
