This huge apartment is in a great location, overlooking Capo Market. The area is busy and noisy, but we had no problems sleeping with the windows closed. The owner Sergio gave us detailed check in for the apartment and we were able to check in early. He gave us lots of tips for the surrounding area including a map. He also provided coffee, water, oranges, pasta and a bottle of limoncello! The apartment was very spacious and clean, on the 3rd floor, accessed by an elevator. Make to switch on the downstairs light when accessing the property at night. Highly recommended 👌

Not a thing.

The owner, Sergio, was a wonderful host. He went over and beyond assisting us with everything. The balcony overlooking the Capo Market was great. Also, the location was just right. You could walk pretty much everywhere. A ten minute walk to Teatro Massimo, where there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and a taxi stand. We took a taxi to Mondello Beach for a day and it was worth it.

The shower is quite small unfortunately (less than 1m squared) and the 2nd bed was not very comfortable but overall it was fine. Also the street is very noisy but with closed window it is manageable.

Nice location in Palermo and host is easy to communicate with.

I liked the apartment, location and SERGIO THE OWNER AND LUKE, I HAVE MADE RESERVATION AGAIN IN DECEMBER. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IS SO COOL I LOVE SICILY 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 I want to live there in this apartment for 5 months in the future and work there 💖💖🥰 Adoro Palermo è la cultura, nelle vicinato cafees Camera da letto numero 10 watch las Vegas cafe:)

Cleanses could be better.

The communication was great. The host,Mr.Sergio,responded to every question I asked quickly. He let us checked in earlier than normal time. I really appreciated his kindness. He even gave us a pack of pasta as gift. The location is close to the old town. There is a fresh market in front the apartment. The public parking is 150m away though the apartment is in ZTL.

No iron. The description indicated there would be an iron. Confusion about city tax. My confirmation from Booking.com said this was covered, but I was asked pay it. I don't mind paying it, but it is not clear whether the booking price covers this. More a Booking.com problem. it should be clear from the outset.

Great location. More space than a hotel room. Very clean. Good instructions about access from host, Sergio. He checked to see if all was ok a couple of days into my stay. Couldn't find an iron but one appeared when I asked about it, even though I said I could manage without. Aircon in the bedroom very welcome as it was very hot during my stay.

The A/C took some time to cool down the flat, because it was one of the hottest days of the summer.

The location was fantastic, right next to Porta Carini and the market. All sights in Palermo are in walking distance. It was really easy to enter the flat, and Sergio, our host was great with providing us with everything our 1 year-old needed, even though we booked the place last minute, after our car broke down in the neighborhood.

is not about the flat or the location - but you need to be aware that Capo market is living. so people are working there from very early at the morning till late in the night. need to know it and accept it.

the spot is perfect! mid of Capo food market, 3 minutes by foot to city center, 30 minutes by foot to harbor. really perfect if you want try the Palermo’s nightlife. we’re super happy with the apartment. very tidy (we have bedroom & small living room with kitchen), all needed equipment available, super helpful & nice people, clean. highly recommend.

Location is very convenient just above one of the city’s attractions: street food stands. At the same time surprisingly quiet with window closed from that side. Most of attractions accessible by foot; on the other hand close to regular streets with traffic, if you have rented car.

It would have been nice to have some basic toiletries in the washroom like soap and shampoo (2 small shampoo sachets were only provided).

The property was great- comfortable, convenient location and had all the basic facilities for a short stay. The check in and out process were extremely smooth and was also provided with clear instructions. Good space to move around and lovely natural light seeping into the apartment. There are some great markets right outside the property, so can’t stress enough about the great location! Overall a good stay and would recommend.

I liked having a full apartment, spacious, nice decor, aircon in bedroom, great location (quiet) with food market on the street. Small shower. A bit tricky to position the shower head. Clean, but strong smelling cleaning products, a little bit dust, but nothing major, but otherwise would have completed the stay to perfection!
