The apartment had a large lovely common space which was beautifully decorated with high windows, oriental carpets and plants.

For those who are noise sensitive, there can be music playing at the nearby bars

As a female traveling alone, this place was perfect! I felt safe and secure. The location is perfect for exploring historic Palermo. Cristina arranged a fabulous female tour guide for me as well. Hope to return again soon!

The building was old but well kept. Spacious with high ceilings. Location central. Breakfast was very very good with fruit offered daily and the coffee was exceptional.

You are basically living in the very spacious apartment of the owner, where I believe only two rooms with their own bathroom are rented out. Breakfast was to our taste with coffee/tea, some pastry from the local bakery and fruit salad. Everything was great and reviews and pictures are spot on. Location is perfect, host is great.

There could be some noise from street parties at night, but you get earbuds for free, should you be overly sensitive to that.

Christina was the perfect host and she made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing with a different Sicilian pastry everyday with fresh fruit. We would highly recommend it. Caroline & Mark

The apartment was a really lovely place, great breakfast, and brilliant host. In the centre near great bars and restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing it was a little noisy at night - who can hear loud music.

There is nothing “not to like” about the property

Christina is an excellent host. Her Apartment is gorgeous. The breakfast she served was some of our favorite. We met a great couple during our stay. Had amazing meals in the town and explored food tastings.

It’s an incredibly elegant, beautiful and frankly stunning apartment hosted by Christina who is delightful and so helpful. The location is central so within a stone’s throw of all the action. She serves a variety of delicious Sicilian breakfasts which were excellent with classical music playing gently in the background. A great host of a wonderful classy apartment and we also were lucky enough to meet a great American couple who were also staying. Could not recommend staying there enough.

A great place, definitely recommend. Keep in mind if you travel in the middle of August, this is a local vacation season, night street parties with loud music could be full speed at this area of the city.

The apartment was perfectly located in the center of old Palermo, but in a beautifully old building. Elevator access meant that getting bags in and out of the apartment was easy. The apartment itself was gorgeous - the rooms we were in were private and very comfortable. Cristina went above and beyond to make us feel at home in her home.

Not as described on booking.com Etc no champagne and wine for guests, balcony in room it was Juliet balcony only 1 .you have to walk out into a communal hallway to access your bathroom if you are in the deluxe suite therefore bumping into guest next door when going to the toilet late at night. 2. We spent 5 days there but didnt have any clean towels or bed linen replaced during our stay which made it feel like an air b n b 3. The music every night from the square behind the property goes on until at least 0400am and this Is the reason there is ear plugs provided by the host, although I have to admit this is not the owners fault.
