The terrace available for guests could have been taken care of better.

Just 40 min drive from Pisa, but feels like in the middle of nowhere. Breathtaking view from the pool, very clean and well-kept pool area, you can watch sunsets. The room was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Nearby a lovely town of San Miniato. Not a long drive to Florence. Option to buy breakfast for 8 eur per person

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Tuscany, and I can't recommend it enough. Great location with beautiful view of the surrounding hills and lush landscapes. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It gets a bit crowded in the kitchen area of the apartment when the sofa is stretched out for sleeping. But not a big deal.

I liked everything. If have to say something, this type of place could improve the breakfast with small additions, like cutting fresh fruits to the table or by offering real freshly squeezed orange juice, then the quality would match the rest of the accommodation experience.

Riding the steep hill and standing in front of this giant Villa is such an amazing start of a holiday we will remember forever. We were really late and checked ourselves in with help of video's the amazingly professional and friendly receptionists send us. We had contact on Whats-App and she was so helpfull. The appartment was in style of the old Tuscan Villas we see in magazines and on film. We had a big patio, a full kitchen and livingroom, a separate bedroom with a big closet and a clean shower and bathroom. It;s totally Italian charm and we loved it. The view over the hills, the big garden filled with flowers, colourfull roses, herbs ans a pool with a view. We were so lucky that we found this gem. During our week stay the breakfast was fresh and sufficient, with good coffee and fresh bread. It is the perfect place to start your days of sightseeing the neighouring towns, drive trough the countryside and enjoy places like Pisa, Florence, Sienna and Lucca - amonf others. In the neighbourhood there are great (fanily) restaurants where you eat with locals. The family (as wel call them) were all so welcoming and nice, they gave great tips of places to visit and they really took care of us. We loved it! 5 stars.

Place is isolated so recommend to get a car.

Well equipped accomodation with amazing pool. We loved our short but memorable stay. Communication with host quick and pleasant. Check in and out was easy.
