Silvano is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the Bar Rivoire was very good. The hotel is situated in the centre, right next to Palazzo Vecchio.

Courtyard view and noise, but the overall impression of the accommodation is great.

Our 1st time in Florence 💖absolutely loved our accommodation, amazing location, fabulous owner, he was so helpful, kind and extremely informative of the area and history of his home. Our coffee and pastry was very enjoyable, we loved having WiFi, fridge and kettle in our room 😍

The hosts were exceptional and helped us with any questions we had. They were able to arrange and coordinate an early morning taxi pick up for us so that we could get to our tour on time. Location is as best as you can get - right next to the Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Galleries. Would definitely return and recommend to my friends. The room we had was suitable for a couple.

Very central to Florence and the David statue. Host was amazingly helpful and sent through a lot of helpful and interesting information about Florence and what to do. We were given breakfast tokens to enjoy a coffee and pastry at a famous, historic & very nice cafe just around the corner from the accommodation. We would stay here again.

Ouer room was just behind a restaurant so there was some minor noise from the alley, but this was not major.

Absolutely spot on location! Right in the heart & buzz of the city 😊 & an added bonus having a wine window less than a minute away! Handy to have a fridge to keep our drinks cool & nice to have tea/coffee making facilities

Could do with a little updating of decoration however the rooms were clean. A bit noisy first thing in the morning (trash collection) but that’s to be expected given the location

It’s all about the location! Right by Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. We arrived late so didn’t encounter any staff but their organisation and communication was excellent. I was worried when the complimentary bits included ear plugs but actually the room was very quiet.

Tricky staircase to access with luggage.

The location was fantastic, just 3 minutes to piazza signori. The room was confortable, clean, and very easy to get access to the building. Thank you.

Location is amazing! So close to everywhere you would like to go! You feel the city! The staff is so nice and caring. My room was not ready when I first arrived. When I called them, they cleaned it very quickly, and they upgraded my breakfast. This is a no-reception hotel. All the communication is via WhatsApp, and it runs smoothly (Make sure you receive the entry code before your arrival). The breakfast is in Bar Rivoire, which is on the Piazza della Signoria, with a splendid view of the Palazzo Vecchio and the whole Piazza. It is a dream to start the day there!

The regular breakfast includes a croissant and a cappuccino, which is delicious but not much. I realised later on that there is a better option, which is paid. My room, which was labelled as deluxe, was overlooking the internal courtyard of the next-door restaurant. It was a little noisy, and sometimes smelled of food.

This history of the home and the family owned business was so special. We were greeted by the owner and he was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

The breakfast, when you book the reservation dont explain that dont have a place to serve the breakfast and that’s only a coffee and a bread in restaurant. Also, complicated to take luggage to the entrance stairs and then to a weird elevator. Also there is no TV and no other mirrors only in the bathroom.

Location is outstanding!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of all atractions, you can walk towards all main squares and key points in Florence. The host was amazing, even tough you don't have direct contact with him, the communication through what's app is more than great, quick answer with recomandations, directions or whatever you need. He also shared a piece of building history with us which was great.

Our room had the window in the back, to a trash area, not so much natural lighting, but it served our purpose, the view was just outside the building. The toilet seat doesn't fit so good with the toilet, not so comfortable to sit on.

Comfortable bed plenty of fresh towels Nothing was too much for bother for the host. Even supplied new fridge.

Excellent location right off the square, quick access to restaurants, bars and sights of Florence! Room was clean and comfortable!

Right outside the window is a large area where the restaurants collect trash and recycling, so it was very noisy into the night and again starting around 6AM. Earplugs were provided and we had white noise playing to drown it out.
