Our host was kind, responsive, and helpful — a real gentleman who was great with our kids. Location near Piazza Grande is fantastic. We loved the views from the roof top (tower) as well as the outdoor patio on the kitchen level — awesome spaces!

I stayed only 1 night, it is hard to find anything negative.

Central apartment. It used to be a medieval tower, so you get a museum feeling. Excellent view from the balcony and terrace. Very nice host, who shows you everything and gives tips about your stay.

A few more dishes in the kitchen would have been great. Shower was smallest one we’ve ever had anywhere.

The host and location were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Elevator up to the room was a bonus!

I don't know if we were unlucky, but this evening there were bikers on the street in front of the apartment door from the kitchen side and it was loud for about an hour. I fell asleep only at 1 a.m. at night, because from the other side of the street, under the bedroom windows, young people gathered near the statue of Minerva etrusca and a choir of several girls sang for about 1.5 hours (the repertoire was not varied). The sound isolation of the house does not withstand street sounds.

The owner of the apartment is very attentive, sometimes even too much. He met us upon arrival, prepared a parking spot just outside the old city, then drove us with our luggage to the door of the apartment in his car, and drove us back to our car in the morning. The apartment is in an old house, but the entire area is very cleverly used, very well equipped. The apartment is in a good location - 7 minutes on foot to the main city square. Wifi worked well.

It is an old house. You have to consider kind of humidity which is normal in such an old house.

The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully done. The 360 view of the city from the beautiful terrace is breathtaking. Sig Arnaldo was extremely helpful, met us at the property, drove us to the parking lot and back, shared some interesting information about the building and the city.

Location was excellent. In the warmer months it would be perfect with the two terraces. Close to everything, including the main piazza and the train station. The elevator to the 4th floor is an absolute bonus. Host Arnaldo was great. He met us at the door and got us set up on wifi and all the appliances. Great stay during Christmas Market. Would stay here again. Thanks.

Everything was great - from the beginning, when the owner of the apartment picked us up from the parking (as apartment is located in the city centre, you cannot park nearby) till the end, where we were asked to leave the keys on the table and just close the door. SMOOTHLESS! Apartment was spacious, with an amazing view and TWO terraces - still cannot believe the view from them! Owner was very nice, and left map of Arezzo & map of the surrounding area for our use. I'd recommend this apartment to everyone and I'm already thinking about visiting again! That was a great stay!

Everything was perfect.

Amazing apartment in the historical town a few minutes walk to piazza grande, the location is perfect. I choose this property mainly for the location and fantastic views from the split level terraces I would highly recommend staying at casa torre. Arnaldo is a super host, so helpful. Arrezo is beautiful and this property is the perfect place to explore. It is so beautiful I had to see the sunrise and sunset on the terrace on all of my 3 night stay.

Of course along with the above goes a smaller, space and at times a challenging layout. Fine for our one-night stay.

Host was very helpful and met us at the property. Historic building in the middle of the old town center. There is an elevator on the Property to get you up to the apartment. Fine for a short stay.
