Antonio was a great employee and made us feel very welcome each morning for breakfast! He even helped us take our luggage to the street when we were leaving.

The stairs can be a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage, but it wasn’t a big issue.

The location is excellent, right in the center and close to everything. The property is very charming and cozy. Special thanks to Henda, who was extremely kind and helpful during our stay.

The mattresses on the bed were old and uncomfortable. The bed was large but made with two single mattresses, both of which were hard and sagging in the middle. I asked for an extra large towel as I have long hair and its difficult to wrap it up and dry your body but was told that no more were available.

Both members of staff were very helpful and friendly. The location couldn't have been better. Right next to the square with the Uffizi gallery between the shops on a high end street. The room was big with a perfect bathroom, both spotlessly clean. the breakfast was brilliant, homemade omelettes with cheese and ham every morning and as much tea and coffee as you wanted plus lots more.

Our trip was in July and it was high 90’s throughout the day. The in room air conditioning was underwhelming and the bathroom was awfully stuffy. This part was unfortunate.

This location was prime! We were nestled right on retail row. Close to many shops and action but far enough from the late night life to be able to enjoy some quiet sleep. Close proximity to all the sites as well. The staff was friendly and attentive. I want to highlight the provided breakfast. Each morning we were greeted and waited on by a woman named Hinda. Hinda was sweet and personable. Daniel also offered great communication. Caution: there is no lift and there was 4 flights of stairs

The location is right at the heart of the city, and as you leave the hotel you are basically in the centre of things, everything is at walking distance. Amazing historical building (no elevator, it is well clarified in the description, so don’t complain later), as well as amazing and super helpful staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommended!

The room was lovely. Clean and Inviting! The location was perfect! Restaurants, shopping, museums, and so much more all within walking distance; just steps away. And the staff.... wow!! .Antonio and Samuel were fantastic! Every morning Antonio served us a delicious breakfast. And Samuel was so helpful. Both were excellent hosts!

Great Location! Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpfil. The only downside was that there is no lift and you need to climb 4 flights of stairs. At least we did not have any large and heavy luggage.

Everything was great! Just know, that if you have mobility issues, make sure you are OK with two flights of stairs. It was fine for us, we enjoyed the cardio!

There are so many great things about this property, don’t even know where to begin. The location is beyond perfect! Everything that you would need, including restaurants, shopping, historic sites are under a 12 minute walk, with most things, five minutes or less. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The included breakfast was beautiful, delicious, and a great start to our day.

Casa Thiele alla Signoria is in the very heart of Florence. The property is very comfortable, with attention to details. The staff makes sure that their guests feel almost like at home. (I’d like to mention Antonio, very friendly and very helpful, and everyone from the host team who made my stay enjoyable)

We had a difficult time finding it even though the GPS kept saying you have arrived. The location is fantastic , easy walking distance to everything. Once the HPS says you have arrived , look for the green door.🤣 there are quite a number of steps but no issues .

Our room was very nice facing the street but with the windows closed , it was very quiet. The shower was amazing , big and great water pressure . The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and nice ambiance .

This is a great place to stay in the middle of Florence! This bed and breakfast is located just two minutes walking distance from the Duomo so great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom had an enclosed shower which we really appreciated after some wet experiences in other hotels. Breakfast was really good and Antonio was kind enough to teach us some Italian :). (Thank you Antonio!) Just be aware that there are four flights of stairs to climb to get to the hotel, but staff is there to help you with your luggage. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get a chance to return to Florence
