The owner makes too many cost optimisations and imposes too many restrictions, which decreases the experience in an already overrated, overpriced and overcrowded city.

What I liked the most is that they allowed us to do the check in at about 10 AM instead of 2-3 PM. Without this really good thing, the rating was a 7.

Beautiful place very close to the centre of Positano. Easy to find, many restaurants near by (make sure to ask Enzo for recommendations) and close to the best beach in Positano. Good breakfast including selection of cheese and ham, toast, different croissants, pancakes, fruits, tomatoes, eggs, jam, cake and more. Clean and quiet. Enzo was very welcoming and gave us great tipa for our stay in Positano.

It is a bit far than I expected. But as mentioned, the closer you are to the center of Positano, the more expensive it gets.

Staff is excellent. Breakfast is nice. The place is not centrally located. But for the amount you pay it's a decent deal. Be prepared to walk. Consider travelling light.

Not the fault of this accommodation and just a FYI for other tourists not aware that there are SO many small steps to get to most accomodation places and if you have multiple large suitcases that can be an inconvenience so highly recommend organising a porter service ahead of time (which was offered by the host) and it was 15 euro per bag!

It's been a great stay here, place looks exactly as in the photos, I had a great room, quiet, very clean and view from terrace is stunning. Breakfast was very good, diverse, hosts really nice. I recommend.

Lovely overlook in a quieter part of Positano. Can catch bus or walk to Hotel. Breakfasts on the terrace are exceptional and friendliness of Enzo and the staff was so helpful. Close by some great restaurants and good porter service to port location for luggage.

Very nice and comfortable room! Manuela is very accomodating. Manuela and her Father were easy to reach out to through Whats app. I had no idea how to get to Positano from Naples as its off peak season and we were just doing an overnight stay. Casa Teresa helped us a lot! Just get ready to climb up and down the stairs in Positano. Better to have a bckpack rather than wheelie luggages.

the room was perfect, lots of room for bags and to stretch out and relax. the balcony had some great views and very comfortable. the bathroom was the biggest I've had any Italian hotel the hosts were also amazing, very informative on how to find the hotel and when we arrived they gave all the insights for the local restaurants and sights the breakfast was nice with fresh coffee being made to order and each morning there was perfect weather to accompany the atmosphere. there's laundry service which was very much needed for us and was a lot less than I expected for the amount they cleaned as they charged by the laundry bag rather than per item which I was used to from some hotel chains the hotel is a short climb down the stairs to the beach and links to port along a beautiful coastal walk
