Spacious, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, washing machine. There’s a car garage to put the car securely. A big baby cot is available. Can take a bus nearby to access the center.

The shower was a little small - someone of a larger stature may find it uncomfortable. Furniture was adequate but may need replacing soon as the sofa was starting to look a little tired. Bed linen was a tiny bit scratchy but that's just me being picky!

The apartment was ideally located for access to the Congress Centre. I felt safe in the area, both walking around and using the local bus service. A great supermarket (Coop) just around the corner and a couple of nice cafes. There was some road construction around the apartment during my visit but it wasn't loud and barely disrupted my stay - only thing that was affected as bus route. The apartment itself was really large and well maintained - a huge balcony to chase the sun around! Kitchen was well equipped. Key access and check in process was really easy with great communication from the hosts in the lead up to my stay. Bus service into the city centre was frequent and quick - only took 10-15mins.

One would expect an electric iron in an selfservice appartement (but upon request through the app, the caretaker brought me one). Communication was very friendly but lagging, and written information could do with a re-write (less is more), and needs additional info. Floors seemed and felt spotless, but as I go barefoot indoors, they became a bit grimy. I think it may have to do with their cleaning product that leaves a film (although I didn’t feel or notice it) All in all, minor gripes, nothing that should keep you from booking this facility

The friendliness, both online (via Whatsapp) as well as the caretaker. It’s nice that the the bathroom didn’t just have a toilet, but also a bidet. Bed, kitchenette and sanitary facilities were spotless. The accommodation was basic, but had all necessary amenities.

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. We really enjoyed our stay, and would come back anytime we are in Bologna again.

Everything was very great. The check in the experience in the communication before our stay were really good. The apartment itself is very well maintained, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is not inside the inner city walls, we knew this, and this wasn't a problem, but this is just something good to know.

A bit outdated decor, but it didn’t bother me.

Great room with everything I needed and even more, from washing machine to dishwasher and microwave. Having a balcony was great. And the garage is worth the money as finding a parking on the street can be a bit tricky. There is a big park in front od the building, great for walking the dogs.

Great place to stay near the Fiera di Bologna. Came for the classic car show and it was a bit busy in the area but this was a good value and most importantly has a secure parking garage under the building. Convenient place in a bit of an industrial area, but a relatively easy bus ride to the center. Clean room and well appointed, with no frills. I think this is normally a bit of an extended stay hotel that had and opening, but definitely meets the need for the Fiera!

In relation to the price paid, we expect more hospitality. I arrived very late in the room and I couldn't find even a small bottle of water in the fridge. A coffee bag wasn't that hard to be. Instead, I found a single sachet of shower gel for three days.

It needs a kettle! (a simple £10 item!)

A nice apartment with a kitchen. Large Coop supermarket 5 minutes walk, means you can make your own meals and save a lot of money. Shower and TV etc all worked fine. Lots of windows to let air in. Air conditioning worked fine. Nice and cool. Helpful, friendly staff. No problem booking in. There is a number 28 bus-stop right outside the hotel. It will take you to VIA IRNERIO (5 mins walk from train station and main town area) Also, you can walk from the train station in about 25 minutes. The buses are every 10 minutes but be warned there are ticket inspectors. You can use your UK/EU bank card on the train (£1.30) but only one card can be used per passenger. Yes, one card per passenger! So make sure you have two (different) bank if there are two people!

The bed was small for 2 person The main issue I had with the apartment was that it's a bit far from the main area of Bologna. It's a long walk but you can take the bus which we did a few times. Taxi to and from the train station was high considering the fact it's a 10 minute ride.

Only one night the upstairs neighbors were awful after midnight……… but this is not the Casa’s fault……

The staff makes this place. They are so helpful and warm and welcoming. Facilities immaculate and accessibility to all that Bologna has to offer a fantastic location for the Book Fair especially. Great neighbourhood vibe. Will definitely go back.

It was a bit cold at night, but there were some thick blankets that we used to cover ourselves for sleep.

The accommodation was well equipped with all utensils provided to cook up a big meal, however it would have been nice to have a minimal amount of coffee or tea (sachet or teabags)provided in the apartment for a late arrival as most supermarkets where closed.

The single minus for some people may be that you can hear the planes pass outside. For us this wasn't a problem. And about the location, it may seem far from the city center, but you can reach it easy by bus, and if you like to walk, you are in the city center in 25 minutes.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful with information we needed about the city, the room was very clean, it had all we needed. We were 3 people, and we thought that one of us will sleep on the couch, but they turned the couch into a bed, even put an extra matress on it in order to be comfortable.

It's located quite out of the center but there is a bus nearby. What I didn't like were the old blankets instead of a proper duvet.

The rooms are very big with a kitchen and couch area and can be perfect for a longer stay. It was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in recently. It was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased to stay in this hotel. I think you will not regret if you choose this hotel. Also this hotel has a kitchen and all kitchen utensils. It is a great convenience for those who want to cook. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher. It is a little far from the city centre, but the buses departing from the front of the hotel take you quickly to the city centre.

The bed is uncomfortable and the mattress is hard.

The ratio price and location is ok. The other good thing is that they offer paid parking. Self-catering is a great convenience too.

It would be nice if the light in the room was stronger - it was a little bit dark. Furniture in the room was new and fresh, but honstly I did not like its style too much. The plastic cover on the table is very practical, but doesn't look nice at the first view. Lack of kettle. Very complicated access to garage.

A spacious apartment located near the Fairs of Bologna. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean, with room service everyday. 30 minutes walking from the old town. A few restaurants within 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen with plates and cutlery.
