The room and location of the hotel was amazing. Especially Giuseppe is an amazing person. He was really thoughtful and nice to us. He is very welcoming and kind, he made us feel at home. Definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I are so grateful for the hospitality that Giuseppe welcome us with, he is an amazing host, kindly explained to us places to see and make wonderful restaurants recommendations, he always have an smile on he’s face and made us laugh so much, we are never going to forget this man, what a wonderful guy. The apt was exactly what we need it, the location is fantastic, is walking distance to the Mercado centrale, the gallery where the David is, the duomo and baptistery, the old medieval part of town, the Medici palace, ponte Vecchio all the things you need to see are a stone trow away from here, when we where to tired we will take a bird and we will be home in no time; for food you have many options around 8 m walk from the apt and a convenience store for water just crossing the street, this place is very secure for anyone traveling alone not even returning at night was a problem, this home is straight path to everything you need making it easy for you to remember how to return home. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to live a more authentic experience, we will definitely return more them ones and I am already planing to bring my full family back here, Florence is beautiful, and if you stay here you will be able to see all its magic up close. Thank you Giuseppe you made this place even more magical with your warm.

The location is in a nice building, the room is vintage and very clean, is a real pleasure to stay there. The host is friendly and is such a pleasure speaking with him, we felt really good and he made the whole experience better, we hope we can visit him again some day. He truly cares about his guests which is amazing.

The owner was very hospitable and nice, the kindest man in Florence! The room and facilities were very clean and charming, we had a very comfortable stay. It also very quiet and peaceful.

A wonderful stay right in the middel if Florence. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy and right in the heart of Florence. We were walking distance from all the public transport lines and main attractions. Guisseppe was a kind and considerate host who made sure all our needs were well cared for and that we had everything we needed for our stay in Florence.

The boss is very nice. He is very warm and kind. The living is very comfortable and the environment is comfortable.

The place was near the tram. The room comfortable, as pictured, and the bathroom beautiful and clean. The host was also very kind and welcoming, and made it clear they were available whenever if i needed something.

Very clean, easy to reach the town center, the host was very nice and upgraded my accumulation! Great time in Florence!

The whole apartment was very dark and not welcoming. No sun came in and with the stone floor it was really really cold in all of the rooms. Therefore, we asked the landlord if he could put on the heating. He tried in every way to avoid to put on the heating and we were freezing every night we slept there. Additionally, the bed was really uncomfortable and I could feel the coil springs in my back. There was also only cold water available for washing yourself.

Giuseppe was an excellent host. From the moment we booked, he stayed in touch to help us find the place, always very kind. The room we stayed in was beautiful. Sharing a good coffee and chatting about life was the best part. We hope to come back soon!

Location was good, place was big enough for 2 person and clean and comfortable. Owner was nice and helpful.

Door needs to insulated or put some noice canceling liner or something. Every time some use bath room or when they open doors can hear everything.

Really nice host who cares about his guests. The room is slightly small, and tall people like me will feel cramped. But this wasn´t an issue, because everything is nicely done and really clean. The shared bathroom is pretty nicely organized, so the people from the two available rooms sharing it, don´t have to go through the usuall shared bathroom fuss. The location is perfect! Following the street, in less than 10 minutes by foot you arive at the doumo. There are a few nice Cafes in the area.

The room is slightly pulled-in between the walls of the rest of the building, so we were missing a little bit of airflow.

Pretty clear

The room was too small, without a window, just a skylight window. No access to any kind of sink. No possibility to even make coffee. The owner was weird and rude. We had the feeling that he was spying the customers behind closed doors.
