Worst hotel experience ever – avoid at all costs I booked this place for one night in Pisa and it was a complete disappointment. The room I was given looked nothing like the photos online. It was an attic – a tiny, closed space with a low roof where you had to bend down to avoid hitting your head. The walls and ceiling were covered with old wood, full of spider webs, and the floor smelled rotten and moldy. The room had no proper window, only a small bathroom-type skylight. The moment I walked in, there was an awful, stale smell. After using the shower, water leaked and made the smell even worse. The bed was just two cheap single beds pushed together, squeaky and extremely uncomfortable. The lighting was poor, the room was dark, and the air conditioning did not work at all – it just blew air with no temperature control. Service was just as bad. When I arrived, the receptionist ignored me for several minutes while she finished a personal phone call. Later in the evening, I returned at 22:40 to find the main door locked. I knocked several times, but no one answered. I had to call the hotel number, and a helpful woman on the phone gave me the code (which I forgot to write down before). Only then I realized the receptionist was sitting there the whole time, ignoring me completely. During the night, the smell in the room became unbearable. In the morning, before checking out early for my flight, I found a cockroach on the floor. That was the final straw. I paid €110 for one night in this place – completely outrageous for what was essentially a dark, moldy attic with cockroaches. The only thing they sell is the location, and everything else is a tourist trap. This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Property’s location is extremely close to the tower and duomo. Rooms were impeccably clean.

The rooms are a little outdated and the beds definitely need to be changed. My room had a metal frame which was split on the side and had a sharp open gauge which I cut my leg on multiple times while getting in and out of bed! The mattress was super springy with very little support and had difficulty sleeping unfortunately. Double beds should be in every room and is it slightly antiquated to have any single beds this day and age.

Beautiful property- so accommodating. It was my son’s 13th birthday and they sorted a ballon and cake for him…making it really special. Amazing location.

This property is in a great location, close to the tower but also tucked away nicely in a quiet area. The building is small and quaint and had a real traditional Italian feel to it.

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this but the location is great, literally 6 minutes walk to Campo dei Miracoli. There were some issues with air conditioning as electricity went off but everything was sorted quickly and staff was very helpful
